When are you going to do it?
It would be a great feature. It will allow us to remind our clients for their appointments.
It's a simple automation. When clients appointment schedule on the planning, sent an email to the client with date and time of the meeting.

RED TAIL, your workflows and automations don't work with outside calendars. Having to update more than one calendar and having to copy/paste email addresses into another system to have automatic emails go out seems ridiculous. I was surprised to see the last RT reply on this was from 2019 and the date this was suggested was 2011. Hayley Mandrup, do you still work at RT? If you do, please know that for everyone of us complaining, there are 1,000 more that don't know this form exists or doesn't have the energy to vote.

This would be a great feature. Especially text reminders.

If Redtail could integrate with a text marketing platform, like Twilio or Podium, that would be great.

I would love to see this feature because right now I log in on nonwork days to send appointment reminders and birthday greetings. Automating it would be wonderful.

I just started trying to learn and use automations more (been using RedTail for less than a year) and was excited to try out automations to schedule a reminder when creating appointments...couldn't believe that wasn't possible. Searched through CRM help articles and things to see if I could figure out how to do some kind of appointment reminder with just...any feature of RT. Finally came to suggestions to see if it was a suggested thing in order to determine that this is actually not possible. Aaaaaaaand it's yet ANOTHER majorly demanded feature from forever ago that's still not made it into any updates. What? Why? :(

Totally agree; should be a basic option as most professional service providers have this option.

How long will it take to get this done? The only integration you offer is with Appointment Reminders and that is not a satisfactory option. The Appointment Reminder platform has failed to send reminders to our clients on numerous occasions and in many cases sent clients the wrong information. Please create this service within Redtail or provide new integration options! How many client responses do you need to make this a priority? Thank you

Yes! It would be amazing to have an entire appointment reminder sequence in house for Redtail. I would also love if there were more notification options for when our advisors have an appointment

Automate an email reminder for clients of upcoming appointments from Redtail (trigger is "Appointment")

There should be a way to automatically send an email to a client during a workflow so that when you complete a step, the pre-made email automatically populates and sends to the client. For example, if you complete the step of setting up a meeting, an email will populate with the date and time of the email and it will send to the client.
