  1. Accounts by Type Pie Chart

    Within the accounts tab showing the pie charts particularly for the "accounts by type" chart it should give the option of which accounts to be included; open only, closed only, or list both. Currently it lists both open and closed. This does not give a true picture of your current and active clients and is not able to relate to your AUM. Filter options should be available.

  2. No place to enter CRS date for Prospect (with no accounts)

    Please add a CRS date under Know your Client. The current location is not useful for those without accounts (ie. Prospects) and for Redtail users who do not use the account section.

  3. eMoney Data Visible in Redtail

    Since there is already an integration with eMoney, it would be great if we could view the client's accounts (from eMoney) in RedTail. It would be much more useful for quick reference and running different reports if all of their assets/liabilities were in the CRM.

  5. Include account type when linking the account number to an activity

    Include account type when linking the account number to an activity. For example, we don't know if the account is an IRA, Roth, etc. Please add in Redtail.

  6. annuity account

    In the accounts page, add a line for surrender period end date. This will allow us to track when an annuity is outside its surrender period.

    Add CRS (Reg BI) Dates as options to customized reports so we can run a report similar to the required dates under "Know Your Client"

  8. automation for when an account balance drops to zero

    I see that similar requests have been made to add a feature that lets us know when an account balance goes to zero. There is currently the option for an automation when there is a new account. Could there be an automation to alert us when an account drops to zero, or below a specified dollar amount?

  9. Account type to show up on Mobile devices

    The Account Type isn't visible on the Mobile Version and it would be helpful to know which type of account when looking at client accounts on the go.

    In the accounts tab, under the accounts by type list section. You should make those fields clickable and show a list of specific accounts.

  11. Account Fields for Contribution Amount, Percentage, and Frequency

    We would love for there to be specific fields in the accounts section for contribution amount (ability to put a dollar amount or percentage) and frequency. Right now we track flow business in Excel, but would strongly prefer to do it in the CRM. This would allow admins to input the information as part of their account setup/update workflows, instead of having advisors track the information on their own (which is not as reliable). We're toying with the idea of creating Account-level UDFs for these fields, but would prefer a Redtail field to make searches and reports easier.

  12. archive zero accounts

    Even though we delete a zero account, Albridge continues to push it back to Redtail. It would be convenient if we could archive these zero accounts so they don't keep showing up.

  13. Fiduciary Client Summary Report only pulls for Tax Qualified Accounts - CRS Tracking

    Fiduciary Client Summary Report only pulls for Tax Qualified Accounts - the CRS delivery needs to be tracked for all acct, regardless of type. This report is useless if we cannot see all accounts as we cannot use it in custom exports or search for it.

  14. Account Screen View change

    On the Contact Accounts screen, it currently offers the column headings of Acct/Co/Product, Type, Flags, Status, Face Value, and Balance. It would be helpful to our company to see the MODEL/STRATEGY info on this screen either as an additional column or in place of an existing column that is not as useful.

  17. In "accounts," make the company field "Live" so that the company contact lists the policies

    The accounts field prompts us to put the name of the insurance company. Wouldn't it be amazing if that field linked to the actual insurance company contact (that we created)… and that we could then go to that contact and see a list of all the policies we have with that company?

  18. Add "Coverage Info" box to permanent life policies

    The "Coverage Info" box only shows up for term policies right now. It would be helpful to add for all policies so we can include the death benefit option (level, increasing, etc.) and the age of insured at issue date without having to add UDF's.

  19. Fill in Type from the Account Class Field fed in from LPL Account Data

    When linked to Clientworks via their single sign on, the Account Type shows 'other'. If you could map this field to be feed from the LPL Account data "Account Class" (IE: Brokerage - Non Retirement)
