Things to Do Today
The items in this section should remain on "today" until either completed or the deadline that we create has passed. For instance if I create an item yesterday to be completed by tomorrow, it's still a "thing to do today" and not yet "past due" or "upcoming". If this can't be changed, this section should be changed to "Activities CREATED Today" to be aptly titled for what it is doing. If changed, this would be a very useful working task list. Create default privacy option setting for create activity window
Please allow a default setting for create activity screen or activities created by activities created by integrations like Acuity to allow the privacy option to default to a specific team rather than Everyone. As an IAR in a firm of more than 24 advisor teams, changing this each time an activity is created is time consuming; when an incorrect team is selected, it’s necessary to ask the administrator to change it.

Only one user editing a Task at a time
Will you please make it so only one person can be in an activity at a time. My colleagues and I have experienced having lost important information or date changes to a task because 2 people or more were in the same task.

When adding notes to an Activity, I want a save button where the activity screen stays open so additional information can be added.

Turn off email notifications for activities if the only change to the activity is the date (moving it forward--taking it out of past due)
We utilize activities with multiple attendees. If there are no updates to an activity except a date change, an email notification is still sent to the attendees. Date change only occurs frequently in our office and our email inboxes are being inundated with email notifications that aren't necessary. It would be great if there was a way to only send the email notification if there are changes to the actual details in an activity.

Add draft notes to activities
I just typed a long description into an activity and lost it all. After several email exchanges I finally called in and was told to add a linked note to the activity so that drafts would automatically be saved as I type. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The only way to have saved drafts if a note is added to a contact. We type all our meeting notes within an activity. Please add this capability to linked notes in an activity.

activity in use alert
If 2 people are editing an activity at the same time it messes up what information is saved. There should be an alert like there is in word/excel such as "activity is locked for editing by user1, would you like to open a read only copy?"

stop using terms like "All day Wednesday" in tasks and give me the date instead that the task is due

Make Past Due & next 30 days... More than 30 days.
Why would the main screen only show the next 30 days? We are planning/ scheduling things out all year and have to click on the activites tab all of the time. What is the point to limit this to 30 days? Why can't it show past due and activities 365 days forward? Or at least the option to extend that on the clients home page.
I see that this was completed in 2017, but don't see it on my system

view open and closed activities on one screen
Would be nice to be able to see all Open and Closed activities on one screen, vs. having to toggle or filter between them both (or an option to do so for those of us who like that). Maybe with a status running down the side of "open" or "closed" to differentiate between the two. When preparing for a client meeting, it's nice to be able to see anything overdue, upcoming and what we've done in the past for the client, without having to look at multiple screens.

color text in activity
Would love to be able to change the color of the text within an activity. We make our notes for action items after meetings and I would love to be able to add a note in red out next to it that each items was completed.

Please update your software so that when i complete an activity it goes in client notes the day it was scheduled, not the day i complete it.

Documents linked to notes that have a linked follo up activity should show on the activity as well.
Right now we have the option to upload documents to either a note OR it's related activity. Documents linked to notes that have a linked follow up activity should show on the activity as well.

be able to choose multiple categories on an activity
Would like to be able to assign/choose multiple categories for an activity or note. Sometimes more than one category applies.

Link more than one contact when creating activities
When first creating activities from the "+" sign you are only able to link one contact. You can link others once you select create and edit. Being able to link an additional contact would be efficient as you wouldn't have to go into the actual activity itself!

Calendar Pop-Up Feature when scheduling actiivities
It would be great when adding an activity, if you could somehow see what events are already planned for that day. This way you won't double book any appointments you already have. I find myself quickly, scheduling meetings from quick add section, but often have to bring up the calendar in another tab to see what is already scheduled for that day.
Would it be possible to have a "calendar pop-up" feature, displaying events on a day, as you key in the date?
Would be handy!

Recurring Activities Options
When it comes to recurring activity options, it would be very helpful to have the added option of "Business Day" so that you could choose the 1st Business Day each month or the Last Business Day of each month, for example.

Add Zoom, Webex as activity option
Why can't ZOOM or Webex be a selection when booking time with a client? (Closest I see now is "phone call") Thanks!
