    Is it possible to have upcoming client birthdays emailed automatically to us rather than having to go into 'reminders' to get that information?

  3. Make it so admin has control of what a user can see or limit what a user can see. i.e. Account balances

    I don't want all users to see every account balance. Make it so I can change what a user can see. I work in a credit union and if I want a teller to add a contact to start a workflow animation, I don't what them to be able to see what my currant clients balances are. That would be super helpful. Thanks +

  5. Add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates

    Please add an "enable reminder" feature for ALL dates, just as there is for client birthdays. That way we can view other anniversaries and other important dates like "Client Since" date and "Wedding Anniversary" date, on our dashboards along side of client birthdays.

  6. Read Only Permissions

    I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar. This ultimately helps reps from the main office (and vice versa) with clients at the branch office to be able to assist those clients over the phone if…

  7. Redtail Email - Login

    Please provide a less cumbersome way to load the integration Zimbra email. Presently it requires 4 clicks including "Cancel" in Redtail.

  8. Add "Select All" option under Managing Database Users & Teams

    When adding a person, it would be helpful to have a "Select All" option, especially in administrative instances where one person is being added to every team. (The same would be helpful in deleting a name.) Currently, this task is done one team at a time. Second suggestion regarding teams: your place is not saved once you add a person, so you have to scroll back down to find where you left. It would be helpful to be at the same point once you've added a name. Thank you.

  9. A "Disable User" option should also be available for "External Users"

    If you have an External User and no longer want them to have access to that database there should be an option to "Disable" that user rather than delete that External Users. If you can only "Delete" the external user you loose all the History. If you don't delete them it gives access to the database you no longer want people to access. This is an issue. It also forces you to pay for additional users if you can't "Disable" them.

  10. Add more shortcuts to top of CRM (next to Quick add and Recently Viewed)

    It would be helpful to have more shortcuts at the top of the CRM next to Quick Add and Recently Viewed, etc. For example: Advanced Search shortcut, Memberships shortcut, etc. Could even make it an customizable option for each user to choose what they wish to see at the top of their screen.

  12. Directory of Users

    Would be nice for larger offices especially multiple locations to be able to generate a directory of the Redtail users - so we can identify what location a team member works out of - direct contact info etc.

    If we need to create a business profile for our company (that owns the database) it would be nice to have this function as well. be able to list an employee and specify they do not work out of our main office location, their role etc.

  13. Add the ability to add users to a team from the USER side vs team by team

    When adding a user, it would be great if you could then select all the teams that the one user is a part of versus the current way of going into each team one by one and adding the same user.

    It would also go along to say that from the user side you could easily see all the teams the user is a part of.

    We want to allow only one admin authorization to input contact info, but allow others to imput notes if necessary. There needs to be permissions for one person admin access to maintain the system. We have to many hands in the pot to properly maintain the information in the system.

  16. list management hierarchy

    When managing lists a user cannot organize the list other than alphabetical/numerical hierarchy. So instead of needing to place a "1" and "2" etc for each list entry, allow the user to pace the list item where they prefer in the hierarchy (i.e., create the list items, then allow us to drag and drop in the order we would like each list item to be).

  17. Hashtag

    I would appreciate a way to tag a note, activity, contact, or any other database item and be able to search for those tags. Hashtags or a similar method would go a long way in being able to search for a wide variety of items in the database.

  18. Contacts - Colorize:- Make primary - Black, Dependents - Green, Bus relationships - Blue

    A better way to find primary contact and their relationships.
    "Contacts - Colorize:- Make primary - Black, Dependents - Green, Bus relationships - Blue" So when adding notes you do not need to go to main client search when you have a client with a name sake.

    "Recently Viewed" icon on the upper right section , it would be very helpful of showing 50 or more recent added or viewed items rather than just 10.

  20. Requiring explainations for deleting anything in CRM

    It would be great if there was an option in the Admin settings where every time something was deleted, the person deleting the note, activity, workflow, etc. were forced to leave a note to explain why they were deleting it. This would save much confusion later when everyone is wondering why something was deleted.
