Linked Notes - Notify User and Copy to Another Contact
It would be very helpful to have the same features in Linked Notes as we do in when adding a regular note - I often need to notify a user of this linked note as well as copy the linked not to another record.

Need to see new comments to older notes on Todays Overview
For compliance tracking, we need to be able to see any new comments to older notes on Today's Overview and related note reports. We currently have to add a new note for each step of a single process to ensure proper tracking.

If changes, updates or additions to Activities and Notes could automatically save, or at least ask if you want to save before you move away
If changes, updates or additions to Activities and Notes could automatically save, or at least a prompt if you want to save before you move away. Things can get moving very fast at administrative desks, and entering a note while the phone is ringing, or updating an activity while being given other instructions are not rare occurrences, and not having an update to an appointment or note of a transaction stick can cause major malfunctions for office operations. Run a Notes report with select notes only
Often time we come across a situation where there are a few notes spread over a few months for a client that would be great to condense into one single report to outline the process.
'd love to see the ability to 'check' which notes to include in a report so we can print of a string of notes pertinent to each other and remove the extraneous notes for ease of viewing the progression of a task.

Search Notes by linked account number
Redtail allows multiple account numbers in Notes' account number field. It would be useful to be able to use that linked field when using the Search box when in a contact's notes view. Right now that Notes search function only looks in the note's text field. It would improve functionality and usefulness if the Notes search box also looked in the linked account field.

Note Category - Ability to select more than one category for a note
We would like the ability to select more than one Category for Notes. It is really common for us to take notes from a client meeting that covered several different topics or Categories. For example, the category might include a category called "Regular Progress Update" and the client might have requested a wire transfer so we would also have a category called "Money Movement" or "Wire Transfer".
