    I like to exports notes in chronicle order through out all page results

  2. Notes template

    Being able to add check off boxes to a Notes Template, this would help the user check off items that have been completed.

  3. additional linked contacts should be spouse or family first

    While creating a note and adding an add'l linked contact to the note it used to list the spouse first or any contacts related to the HOH. Now you have to search through all of the Andersons, for example, before you can select the spouse. They previously were the first one listed so you didn't have to go through the entire list of Andersons. Please add this feature back. It is inefficient and I can't figure out why you changed it.

  4. post it note

    We would like the ability to add notes that are seen at the top of the contact everytime you open a contact. Not where you have to scroll through the notes to find it, but where everone has quick access to see this note. Almost like a post it not or just a black section to adda not under the contact information.

  5. Notes need to save after filtering by category.

    When filtering categories in notes, it needs to be saved. Unwanted notes are crowding out the timeline, and having to filter every time is inefficient. If the filtering is saved it will help.

  6. Change the time to eastern

    I want to be able to have my notes reflect my time zone. I was told by RedTail that it isn't available right now. These notes can be audited in our business. It needs to reflect when it was actually done in our time zone (Eastern). Any suggestions? Can this be done?

  7. searching in Notes

    This feedback relates to the "Note Filters" field found on the Notes page. We use the "search text" field to be able to locate a specific note. This features works great to search the text of notes. However, we have discovered that it doesn't return results from within "Comments" that were added to the note. The comments feature is very useful to keep the string together, however, we would really like the search text field to source from within comments as well. Thank you.

  8. Signature command for Note/Activity

    Junxure used to have a "Control-J" command which quickly entered the logged-in user's NAME, DATE, TIME. (It is the only feature from Junxure that I wish Redtail copied.) Saves a ton of time when multiple users are fielding calls/questions from client or custodian and entering it into the same note/activity.

  10. Notes Dashboard - default view

    In the notes dashboard, I'd like to be able to set my default to the last 7 days. Also, I'd love the option to see more than just 7 days, I thinkthe last two weeks would be a great view.

  11. Notes customization

    Notes Customization - Within the contact record it would nice to modify the view so that the Notes page is easier on the eye. I type a ton of notes, but I ultimately see a ton of white space on my page because the notes dialogue boxes are huge and don't really show the meat, just the fat. Think text message bubbles.

  12. NOTES- ABILITY TO HAVE A NOTES BLOCK IN WORKFLOWS THAT CAN BE DATA MINED WHEN RUNNING NOTES REPORT

    Would like notes in workflows to be searchable from a report. Designatge a main note block at top of Workflow that exports and would be searchable. This would enable you to not have to double document when completing workflow steps. Especially useful with transnational type work flows.

  13. Add "Type" drop down to Note Entries as a selectable option

    Add the "Type" drop down to Note entries, similar to the Category drop down. By adding Type, your note entries can be aligned with the Activity Type.

  14. NOTES PAGE SORTING

    I would like to be able to set a global setting for all CRM contacts that will allow me to decide what detail I am going to see. As an example, I would like just "notes" and "Activities" as a default

  17. notes filter It makes snese to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails.

    notes filter - It makes sense to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails. This will make it easier for you to see important notes more easily. Especially if you are using an email marketing service; that makes it so time-consuming to scroll through pages of notes to find what you need.

  18. Default Activity Note Category

    When I am in an activity and I am adding a note I would like the default category of that note to be the same as the activity. If the whole thing is about a service request none of the notes are going to be about anything else.

  20. When you save an email as a note, can you make it available in the most recent notes link for that day? The email is saved in the client's n

    When you save an email as a note it would be nice to see it show up on the daily notes link. Currently, mine are being saved in the client's notes history, but not in the most recent notes from the link for all notes.
