  1. tagging contact in notes with @ sign or some other way

    I'd like to see a way to link another contact in someone's notes...example.
    "Nancy called today and told me to call her brother @Robert Killian. He just retired and is looking for help."
    Then Robert Killian is a hyperlink to click on to go directly to his contact record.

  3. Add Microphone for dictation of spoken notes

    In the notes section adding a Microphone so we can speak our notes once we are done with a client meeting,

    Instead of having to cut and paste or write notes

  4. seperate texts from Client Notes

    Clients texts and Notes should be under separate tabs.
    Together, they push important notes too far down the list.

  5. ADD THE ABILITY TO CHANGE THE DATE AND TIME OF A NOTE.

    FCC HAS A VERY SIMILAR CRM AS REDTAIL. ONE FEATURE THAT WAS USEFUL WAS THE ABILITY TO ADJUST THE TIME AND DATE OF A CONVERSATION. SO IF I HAPPEN TO BE OUT OF THE OFFICE BUT HAVE A CONVERSATION WITH A CLIENT ON FRIDAY AT 1PM, BUT CAN'T ADD THE NOTE TILL WEDNESDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK, REDTAIL DATES THE NOTE AS OF WEDNESDAY, WHEREAS FCC'S CRM ALLOWED US TO ENTER THE CORRECT DATE AND TIME AS FRIDAY AT 1PM. FOR COMPLIANCE PURPOSES THERE COULD STILL BE A TIME STAMP FOR WHEN THE NOTE WAS ACTUALLY ENTERED. THANKS.

  7. link note to non-primary joint account

    If I have Client & Spouse as joint holders of an account created under Client, it now shows up under Spouse as a non-primary joint account. (Thank you!) But, if I am in the Spouse's record and create a Note, the non-primary joint account doesn't show up as an option to link to. I have to go to her accounts, then to the joint account, then scroll down and click on the notes, which takes me to the primary holder (Client) where I can finally create a note that I have to link back to the Spouse.   8. Note & Information Box Formatting & Coding

    I love the formatting options under Notes and Important Information. I love keeping things organized and clean. However, doing it with the buttoned options can be tedious and often doesn't yield the result I would like, so I often defer to 'source' (as I have knowledge of HTML & CSS) to make it easier on myself. Would there be a way to get the source code to line up and stay on separate lines such as (for example) <font color=red>text here</font> [NEXT LINE] <font color=blue>text here</font>?   9. A global setting that would put spouses name in the Additional Linked Contact field automatically

    We are selection the spouse's name with every married client for the Additional Linked Contact field. What if there was a Global Setting the defaulted the spouse into that field. You could always delete it if you did not want the note copied to her contact.

  10. Allow to choose to use actual dates in notes

    Forcing notes to use date reference like "last Monday" "last Tuesday" etc can be very confusing. Allow us at least to toggle back to the actual dates for those terms please!

  11. inserting notes

    It would be so helpful if we can insert a note for the previous month.

    Currently, If I come across something that should have been added previously to a client's profile - I write the date of the note first then the note itself. but this messes up the timeline, in case I need to search the item by date I have to scroll over all the notes to find the note needed.

    Can this be added to redtail.

  14. Critical Note Tab FLAW

    Notes tab. When opened the save button is hidden below. I can't count the amount of times that I have entered a note and I didn't save it because it was hidden. Lost critical information. Make the note open in a window where the save button is visible.

  15. Ability to UNLINK documents from Notes

    Love that we can link documents to Notes; however, we can't UNLINK them! If something is filed incorrectly, it's stuck there! Just like we can unlink an account in Notes, please allow us to unlink misfiled documents.

  16. Create an integration with Calendly that will allow for you to create notes in Redtail

    I would like to see the ability to have Calendly and Redtail more integrated rather than it just be activities and other information. It would be nice if we could have it integrated in a way that would allow for us to have Calendly create a note in Redtail when we have sent a specified client a link invite. Just to have the option to keep track of things better through our CRM with a notes feature, especially if we could customize what goes on the note. It would be greatly helpful

    The ability to make the notes box full screen. When adding lengthy notes to a lengthy template, would be useful to see everything at once.

  18. Uncomplete Notes Removed

    When someone completes and activity and then uncompletes the activity the note generated saying it was completed is not removed from the contacts notes. This creates a false signal to team that task was done within notes not to mention duplicate notes of the activity being completed when done.

  19. notes

    When enterring a note there is a section that allows you to link an account. That is great, but it only lists the custodian and account number. It would be helpful if the title of the account was listed their. We generally do remember account numbers and go from account titles. We noticed that their is no place to put an account title on an imported account. We solved this by placing the account title in the "product" section of the note.

  20. Ability to Print Family Notes

    Currently there is no way to print "Family notes" in your reports. You can print individual client notes history by using the "notes by contact" report - but you are not able to select more than one contact. Please add the ability to print family notes by adding that check box like in the client notes section or by allowing us the ability to add multiple contacts to the report.
