  1. Create Followup Opportunities from Notes

    It would be nice to be able to select and input a new opportunity from the notes tab similar to being able to add a follow-up to that note.

  2. We would like to be able to customize the columns on opportunity reports (add/delete)

    Currently, the in place columns are not customization and only include a portion of the identifiers. We would like to be able to customize these columns to show additional identifier (ex. Projected Revenue, etc..)

  3. Allow for updating next step and close date in the Opportunity List view

    It can be time consuming to update the list if I have to click into each one to update. It would be great to be able to update at least the next step and close date from the list view of all the opportunities.

  4. add opportunity tracking to seminar management

    Opportunity tracking built into seminar management, or even the ability to link an opportunity in the opportunity tracker to a specific seminar would be extremely useful and powerful in tracking efforts within our existing client base.

  5. Opportunities by Category

    I would like to run the report by name or if you could add a category column so we can categorize the opportunity by say aum, insurance, etc etc. and then you can run the report by category and by stage and get a really good idea of what type of business opportunity it is and where in the pipeline it is. That would add value to getting business done efficiently.

  6. opportunity filter

    We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.

    For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

  7. Source from Opportunity should link to Source on Contact Record

    After an Opportunity is marked as "Closed," it would be great if the Source from that Opportunity transferred to/updated the Source on the client's contact record.

  8. Create Opportunity from Add Contact Screen

    Add opportunity on the creation of a new contact! There should be a field to make it simple when creating a new contact to check another box that says opportunity to automatically create the opportunity.

  9. recurring opportunity

    Option to create a "Recurring Opportunity". This would be helpful for IRA/Roth annual contributions. Or any account that a client is adding an amount to on a periodic basis. Right now, I have a recurring "Task" but I have to create the opportunity each time in order to track it. Recurring Opportunity option would alleviate this double input.

  10. opportunity referral tracking

    An opportunity should have a field that is Referral and that referral should be able to be a linkable back to a contact. At the very least, the opportunity should have a fillable text box for a referral like a contac currently has. I carry around printed opportunity lists as they are my lifeblood as a sales person. It' would be very helpful to know who referred me to that opportunity.

  11. Opportunities Bulk Changes

    Is there a way to update Opportunities in bulk and reassign to the different Stages similar to how Activities can be reassigned in a straightforward manner? Currently, Opportunities is a very tedious and manual process. Can we automate it some more?

    I would like to check multiple Opportunities and be able to roll it to a certain date.

    I would like to create multiple Opportunities with the same Name but link different Contacts.

  15. Closed opportunity (won/lost) should show up in notes.

    i.e. shown in notes on date of action.

    "Closed - Won Opportunity click here to go to opportunity."

  16. Opportunities Icon on Client Profile

    I have an idea that can help identify New Asset client opportunities easily from their home profile page.

    Up on the top right corner of each profile you see the icons for Edit Basic Info, Contact Card, Important Information, Common Tasks. This idea piggybacks on the "Important Information" icon that lights up Red when information is added.

    Idea: There needs to be a " $ " Opportunities Icon that lights up Green when there is an opportunity added for a contact.

    I know, I know, there is an opportunities tab on the left tool bar that you can click to…

  17. Option to sync Opportunity Close Date and Target Date/Steps of Workflows

    If a workflow is synced to an opportunity, add an option to sync the opportunity date to any step or target date of the workflow.

    This could be a checkbox or option on the target date dropdown list ('sync with opportunity close date'). As many workflows are based on new opportunities, but not all, this would allow either the entire workflow, some steps, or none of it to be synced with the opportunity.

  18. when you hover on linked contacts in opportunities

    When more than one contact are linked to an opportunity, we would like to see those linked contacts when we hover other the "2 Linked Contacts" url.

  19. Opportunity Notes in Report

    Have Opportunity Notes export with the Opportunity Report output. Notes are a way of tracking relevant narrative about the opportunity, etc.

  20. Add Linked Contact when Creating Opportunity

    When I add a new opportunity, I'd like to be able to link to a contact while I'm entering the information, not after when I have to right click and "view related contacts". I realize you can link more than one contact to an opportunity but when I'm initially entering the opportunity, there should be a contact field so I can link it to the primary contact right there. It's an extra step to link after entering the opportunity
