  1. Customer Service Call Back

    Would be nice if phone customer service offered the option of a call back if it's going to be longer than 5 minute hold, rather that having to wait on hold for the entire duration. Earlier today, I called in and was quoted a hold time of 15 minutes. It's been over 30 and counting. Would prefer not to have to listen to the hold music loop over and over.

  2. Good afternoon, I wanted to see if there was some formal way to request adding a time zone to the Redtail CRM? Currently the only options

    Currently the only options available in the Preferences > General Options > Time Zone are American Times. We operate out of San Juan, PR where the time zone is American Standard Time (AST -04:00).

    Show when users log out of Redtail and use as an employee timeclock.

  4. Customize UDF List of Values

    When I am creating UDFs with a dropdown menu with a list of values, it would be helpful for me to be able to customize the order to suit our needs and situation. Instead the values in the dropdown are automatically alphabetized.

  5. right click to open a new tab

    right click on the activities across the top to open a new link to have multiple tabs open, but the tabs are labeled the same Dashboard, would be nice if it were actually labeled the link that I have opened. now I will have to hit each tab to figure out what is on the page

  6. udf

    You should create another field type on the contact level UDF where we could click multiple values rather than just one. Like the "List of Values" field type but rather than only being able to assign one value from the list you could click multiple. We track which clients are invited to marketing events, and some are invited to multiple events each year. Having a multi-choice field type would be very helpful.

  7. In Speak, message multiple employees at once.

    It would be useful to be able to start a message thread in Speak with multiple employees at once instead of only having public rooms and 1:1 messaging. Slack easily supports this feature, for example. We've been emailing as a workaround for this, but it would be great to have it in Speak instead!

  8. allow grouping of web links

    Allow weblinks to be grouped together in folders such as insurance, planning, banking, investments etc.

  9. Copy Mail Merge to a Spouse

    It would be helpful when you run a mail merge if it allowed you to copy the mail merge to a spouse (right underneath where it says "save as a note"). That way it would appear on both of the contact's notes page without having to manually do that later.

  10. snappy Kracken intergration

    Snappy Kracken Intergration. I see that Mail Chimp and Constant Contact are intergration partners with Redtail. Can someone look into possible Snappy Kracken becoming an intergration partner? We really like the product and it would be great if it were intergrated with Redtail. Thank you Peter Zeuli

  11. Add Firelight as an Integration option

    Our client based includes accounts with Sammons Midland National which uses FireLight as the online application service. Currently, FireLight is built out so that they can pull data from Redtail, but there isn't an option for Redtail to push data to them. It would be very helpful if this was added to our integrations

  12. licenses

    In the Licenses tab, it would be helpful for the list to start out in alphabetical order. I think it defaults to when the record was added, which isn't very useful in practice. We use this tab to list all rep codes and license numbers for each of our advisors.

    I know we can click on the Company header to sort alphabetical, but having this as the default would be nice!

    Imaging - add an advanced search option to look for keywords within a date range. This would be very helpful for audit purposes.

  14. Redtail Speak history for team members

    Have the ability to see Speak history for team members in a channel, in a similar manner to how we can see it for clients in CRM.

  15. Add chat as a help feature

    Under contact us, instead of just a phone number or email, how 'bout adding a "chat" feature? For quick fixes, simple questions, etc. I've used that with other companies and found it very helpful, not to mention very fast.

  16. retriever cloud

    Retriever Cloud is a great feature, however, most places of business use a business email account for example Microsoft exchange office 2019 when enrolling with Retriever cloud feature the only option is to have a Hotmail account. Yes, I can temporarily set up a new Hotmail account and not necessarily use it. Too many additional steps to take for a simple sync. If there is a way to expand the sync, using other Microsoft applications this would be a smooth process.

  17. Transaction Log

    Be able to add ACH deposits to the Transaction Log so if a client wants to know how much they have contributed to an account, we don't have to dig thru files/notes/transactions in other places. Should be able to assign an account to the transaction, amount, & Check/ACH/Other. Would be great to filter by account under a client.

  19. Radio button for selecting mailing address and physical address are the same

    There should be a radio button to designate that the mailing and physical address are the same without having to list the same address twice. It would make the client profile in Red Tail cleaner to look at, and would properly pull the address if home address is selected or if mailing address is selected.

  20. Imaging - Bulk download option

    It would be very helpful to have the option to select multiple files for download in bulk rather than one at a time. This is especially helpful for audit preparation.
