  1. email reporting

    Currently, when an email report is exported into a CSV, the report only shows the "Subject", "Attachment", "To", "From", and "Message Date" fields. It would be SUPER SUPER HELPFUL for compliance personnel if the body of the email could be exported into this CSV report as well. That way, we could use the search feature in Excel to do keyword searches in archived emails, and we would have a report that we could save to prove that the searches were done.

  2. Ability to see past due workflow tasks on "Workflow tasks to do today" but in red

    Right now when a teammate completes a workflow task that is past it's set due date, the next person in the workflow is not alerted that it has been completed and it shows up as past due. Unless I check "Past Due" workflows every day, it is very easy for things to get missed. This is a HUGE problem and could lead to massive errors. I propose that the next step in a completed workflow that is "Past Due" either have a reminder with it or show up in red on the "Workflow tasks to do today." Thank you!

  3. Please make it possible again to view the entire contents of ALL of the notes, not just the older ones. This is very problematic for us.

    With the change to the notes, we have had top copy and print them to be able to follow a thread of conversation. It is very time-consuming and counter productive.

  4. All dates in Redtail should be in date format not "last Tuesday" or "one day ago"

    This should be standard for notes and reminders and activities and workflows - wherever there is a date it should be in a standard date format. Using "Wednesday" to indicate next Wednesday is confusing and frustrating. It would be so much simpler to have date 1/13/2021. It never has to be updated once it gets beyond your time frame of "three Tuesdays ago" or whatever it is.

  5. Restore full note view to inlude the full note, start date and complete date.

    Restore full note view to inlude the full note, start date and complete date instead of us having to click the three dots to view the entire note. This view was removed during a previous update. Rather than removing features that we have come to rely and forcing us to use something that we didn't want changed, just add a view option so we can choose what view we want to have.

    Someone decided to make notes shorter and now we cannot see the notes added to Activities.....terrible when trying to scan through notes to find an issued

    Please update our notes section back to what they were - we take and add detail notes and want to be able to read the complete note without having to click into it - when we are on a call with a client now it is very hard to find the exact notes ugh

  8. Activity Email Notifications

    Can you please add an option to have a notification go to your email on the day that there is an activity assigned to us? We get notified when an activity is first assigned, completed, and updated but we do not receive one on the actual day the activity occurs. This would be useful because we often set activities months or years ahead of time and the initial notification is not as useful when the activity is far away from the current date. It would be nice to receive that notification so that we make sure we do not miss…

  9. Automation Trigger Event: Client Age

    This would allow us to trigger Workflows or Notifications when clients achieve a specific ages: 18, 21, 59.5, 60, 62, 65, 67, 70, 72, etc.

    Some use case examples:
    1. UTMA registration needs to be changed
    2. Minimum social security claiming age achieved
    3. Remind client to sign up for Medicare
    4. RMD age reached

  10. Permissions

    Couple of things related to permissions.
    First, each user should be able to set the default permission of the contacts, actives', and notes they create (separate setting for each). As a db owner managing a group of 15 or so advisors on separate teams its annoying to go through and fix the contacts they forgot to permission.

    Second, inconjunction with the first, have the option to allow the db owner to force permissions of notes and activities to always be the same as contacts and to change when contact permissions change. This would make a much simpler process in a…

  11. send calendar to clients to book appointments

    It would be nice to be able to send clients a link to our calendar so they can easily book appointments to eliminate all of the back and forth.

  12. Calendar Integration with Calendly

    Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

    I would like to see color options for alpha and numeric for Notes so besides being BOLD the line or word could also be a certain color like you can to din Word and Excel.

  14. Have the ability to add and move notes around within the note history

    In certain situations, an advisor may not be able to add a note to a client account on the day a meeting or phone call happened. With that said, it would be extremely ideal to be able to add notes in for a specific date that would correspond with the actual date the meeting, phone call or Zoom meeting took place. That way, the notes would consistently be in chronological order. The ability to also move around previous notes, since this option isn't currently available, would be ideal.   19. Relationship between households

    When putting a family together, I think there should be more options than just married. We have some clients who become POA or even guardian of our clients and it is hard to connect them. If we were able to have more options like "Guardian of" instead of married it could make it easier.

  20. Name in "Referred By" window be hyper-linked to Contact's Record

    Under Contact Details - Referred By - Could the name of the person be (hyper-linked) to their contact record? This would greatly reduce my clicks to get to the person's Contact Record who referred.
