  2. A toggle button for time zones in Zimbra somewhere quickly accessible

    My partner has homes in different time zones and frequently travels to others. There have been many scheduling issues due to the system having one time zone and her local time is different. Something like A toggle button somewhere accessible in Zimbra

  3. Add “notify user” to notes in mobile app

    Please add a way to “notify a user” in the mobile app. We use this for the advisor to notify the admin of new work that needs completed.

  4. Add more gender options

    Please add a non-binary option for gender. We live in a state where X is an option on birth certificates and driver's licenses. Please make this an option so we can reflect this in our records accurately.

  5. Attach documents to a Note or Activity (that becomes a Note)

    Give the user the ability to attach one or more documents to a Note or Activity allowing the user to have quick access to all handouts discussed when referencing the Note or Activity at a later date

  6. Searchable calendar

    I would like to request a second look at making the calendar searchable, which I see was declined several months ago. When scheduling multiple appointments each day, it is very time consuming to have to go into each client's record and then sift through their activities to see when their last appointment was. In Outlook, it is a snap to search the calendar by client name and instantly have a list of their past/future appointments.

  7. Permissions (contact, activity, notes, etc) need to be added to mobile app

    We have multiple advisors and employees with specific permissions for viewing particular contacts, notes, activities etc. By not having the ability to add permissions in the mobile app, I am unable to add any new activities, contacts etc with the proper permissions.

  8. Ability to add spouse DOB and edit spouse status from the Add Contact screen

    Currently if you want to add a spouse DOB or change them from a Not Specified contact to a Prospect-Spouse, for example, you have to wait until you are done creating the contact and them open the spouse's profile separately to add that information. It would be nice to eliminate this step by allowing that info to be entered at the same time you create the initial contact. The previous version had this capacity and it changed with the new version.

  9. Remove Email by Contact Report

    We would like each employee to be an email admin so that they can view client emails even if they were not included on the email. However, admin access gives them the ability to view all emails (every email sent or received from any of our employees) using the email by contact report. We only want access to emails that are included in the email history under a contact record...not emails that might be sent from our firm's President to share holders, or emails sent to the Compliance Officer!!

  10. link more than one account to notes

    i see that you can link multiple accounts to an activity. it would be great if you can link multiple accounts to a note.

  11. Add Linked Activity Notes

    If you add a note via the mobile app, you should be able to create an activity from it, or be able to link it to an activity when using the full version of redtail.

  12. Link Documents to Multiple accounts and/or contacts

    Please allow notes/documents to be linked to multiple accounts and contacts. Currently, we have the ability to link to a single account & a single contact, but we often have the need to link a note or document to multiple accounts & contacts.

  13. indicate the client's time zone on the contact page and in activities

    When speaking with clients to schedule meetings we need to know what their time zone is. If they are out of our area we need to be able to tell them the schedule in their time zone (and what that means in # of hours difference) so we can provide better service. It should also show on the calendar when we do have an activity scheduled for that client so, again, we can be precise and helpful. Our calendar preferences would be the default time zone so that Redtail can calculate the number of hours difference for us.

  14. When we have to generate the same workflow for a client, is there anyway to add a description line so we can tell what one it is?

    We have a workflow called Client Check or ACH request. There are times where in a given day, we have to choose this same workflow multiple times for the same client. Is there anyway to keep renaming it as we generate the same workflow or add a description line in it so it will distinguish what check it is for?
