Add a Mail Merge Field for excluding deceased spouse/ family members
This is a problem for our bulk correspondence with clients, as a spousenickname-firstname field still turns up the deceased's name in our letters. Please add an option to exclude this.

Activity Creator should get notification of task completed
Currently, when I create a task for an employee, I have to list myself as well in order to be notified by email when they complete the task. I would prefer to not list myself because the overview page lists "2 users" in the assigned to box and I cannot easily tell who the task is for (me or my employee). I would rather that you create a preference option that allows whoever assigned the tax to be automatically emailed when the task is completed. On the Personal Profile form could you add the "know your client" information/sections to the form?
The personal profile form is great, but we would like to see the "know your client" information or sections added to that form. We would like to utilize this form when clients come into the office, they could look over a printed off form and make any changes or updates to their profile.

Add automation trigger based on COMPLETION, allowing delayed activity assignment as action
Automation triggered by COMPLETION of certain activities/events. For example: The completion of a client review triggers an activity for a user 75 days later. The newly created activity is a task to call/email that client for their next review. The current method (creation of activity) does not account for delays and reschedules.

Enable ability to filter the data included in Charts on Today's Overview
Create the ability to check on/off the data to be included for viewing in the Contacts by Status, Category, Accounts, and Opportunities charts. Also have the system save whatever criteria was last set, until changed. Doing so would make these charts reflective of data that's actually meaningful, rather than just everything that's in the CRM database (some of which may be old and irrelevant currently).

Email notification
The email notification is great. I would like for us to be able to see the person it's assigned to, AND those who are notified, so we can know who's 'in the loop.'

Automation templates & recurring workflows
Please add the ability to automate templates based on time periods/dates. Right now, templates can automatically be applied based on certain actions (i.e. adding new clients). It would be a tremendous help to have the ability to set templates to automatically run every quarter (or other time frame). For example, I run a client invoicing template every quarter and the process can be automated by applying this template automatically each quarter.

Review Frequency should be More Flexible
I suggest that for the review frequency you make so that you DON'T have to fill out every little piece to it. i.e. If the client likes to meet once a year typically in March, you can select just that verus taking the next step and selecting Friday and then the 3rd week of..

Comments on notes should show up on the timeline - they are typically important updates on previous items.

"Clone" Workflow Step
It would save a lot of time to be able to clone workflow steps and then revise to reflect the changes I need rather than having to start over when many of the tasks within a step are the same for multiple steps.

develop tag group notifications
Develop a way for users to be notified when someone is added to a tag group. There are many forms of action taken based on these tag groups. Some of these actions are only for new ones added. It would be helpful to know when new ones are added to tag groups.

Age Based Triggers
I would really love to see the option for triggers based on age/birthdates. As advisors, many important financial events have age based triggers: RMDs, full retirement age, age 59 1/2, etc. To have a workflow or checklist automatically assigned when a client reaches specific milestones would be hugely helpful.

Add Additional Fields to the Client Review Section
The Client Review section is lacking. For compliance purposes, advisers need to track when the contact the clients for meetings. Please add the following fields in the Client Review Section:
1. Date Last Met
2. Date Last Contacted
3. Preferred Meeting Place

I would like to be able to search for appointments I have scheduled for myself ( for people that are not redtail clients)

provide a place for us to put our company name, contact info, logo, and/or tagline on reports.
To provide ongoing client awareness of the services firm with whom they are working and easy access to contact the advisors, it would be very helpful, and also would look great, if we could put our company information/logo on reports. Thank you.
