  1. Option to automatically rollover activity

    It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day. And it would also be helpful when I assign a task to myself that I know I probably won't get done today and want…

  2. When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.

    Currently, there are lots of suggestions for fixing the abbreviated activities dialogue box. Many users are unhappy with the multi-step process for assigning activities to other users, adding notes, etc. It's very inefficient and lots of users prefer the Leapfrog approach to adding activities - one dialogue box with all the details on one page. It was very efficient.

    Maybe the best solution to making the process more efficient in Tailwag is to bypass the abbreviated dialogue box. There are two options.


    1. Get rid of the abbreviated dialogue box Altogether. When the user clicks add activity, Tailwag goes directly to…

  3. Cancel and No show Appointments

    When a client cancels and no show appointment or does not show up it would be nice to have the availability ability to "cancel" & "No show" appointment not just deleting the appointment.

    We need to be able to track the people who cancel and do not show up for appointment.

  4. Option to view all activities

    Please add option to view all activities under a client records. Changing the date range every time I'm in a contact is a lot of clicks.

  5. Open Activities from Today screen - order of Past Due

    When you choose "Past due" activities, it starts with the oldest, and separates them onto multiple pages. When you try to order newest to oldest, it only orders THAT PAGE, which is useless. I need to see my Past Due from the most recent to the oldest. There is no way to do that efficiently. You have to find your last page, order that page, work through that, then go to the next page and work through that. It's very clunky. Please allow ALL Past Due activities to be ordered from newest to oldest, not just the current page.

  6. Linking Activities, Workflows, Notes, Documents, & Opportunities

    Add ability to link Activities to Workflows (by Contact Linked like Accounts). Should be able to link multiple activities and/or workflows.

  7. Meeting Agenda's

    More and More advisors are using a "Meeting Agenda" to effectively communicate with clients and prospects. The last CRM program I used had a tab, clearly visible, in all contact records called "Agenda".
    So after any meeting, phone call, or anytime at all I could click on the 'Agenda document" and add any content I wanted to discuss with the client at our next meeting or phone call. Then a week prior to my review meeting with a client, my staff and I would review the agenda, prepare any additional case prep paper work, and type out an official agenda…

  8. Add activities to left menu bar

    Separate appointments (or events) from activities. Task activities don't belong on the calendar and take up too much space at the top of the calendar. A separate activities section that lists lists all tasks like Outlook is desperately needed.

    Love the timeline feature, but I wish each item included the client name as well as what was changed.

  11. Contact name should show first for activities

    The name of the contact should be the first thing we enter for a new activity. We prefer to use a simple flow:


    • Who's it for?

    • What's it about?

    • Who's owns the activity?

    When we open a calendar entry, the first thing that shows up is the Subject when the first thing we want to see is the Contact. Also, when our calendar gets full and appointments are stacked, we don't see names. It would be nice to see the client first from the Add Activity screen through the "More Details" screen for the activity.

    Maybe this can be achieved…

  12. **Please don't classify activities as past due until after the end date**

    If I create an activity that needs to be finished by the end of the month, it shows up as past due every day and I have to manually roll it over each day.

    Use the end date entered when creating the activity to determine when an activity is "past due"

    Or add the ability to set things up this way when creating an activity.

  13. adding multiple contacts to an activity

    This is a duplicate of other requests but until you decide to pool similar requests......

    When creating a new activity can we please have the ability to add multiple contacts without having to save the activity and then edit it to add the additional names? It's a waste of effort!

  14. Please fix past due tasks to show on contact page again (Twelve month window).

    Please return default range for open tasks to last six months and next six months. The new "Open Activities for Next 30 Days" is frustrating.

    First, the goal of the CRM is to quickly see what is going on with the client. If I just met with the client and didn't complete the meeting notes and tasks, there is no indication there is recent activity on the contact page. (i.e. looks like nothing is going on, and the client was just in the office yesterday.)

    Second, Clicking on PAST DUE activities on the top of the contact page DOES NOT…

  15. Arrange All Day Activities

    We would like to be able to organize "all day" activities according to our priority (ie most important to get done that day we can put at the top of the day's list)

  16. Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"

    Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

    Integrations with providers like RingCentral could be added to help pull the calls into the…

  17. Save & Complete button should be the first Action - not Save & Clone

    I use Save & Complete multiple times daily. Rarely do I use Save & Clone. Please change the order - make Save & Complete the first Action.

  18. Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default

    The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

  19. Activity report based on date activity was created

    We would like to create an activity report based on the date the activity was created as opposed to the date of the actual activity. We would like to use this report in order to double check all the activities that were created each day and be able to look at a daily report of all activities added.

  20. schedule activity for last business day or first business day not just day of the week

    I want to schedule a task for the last business day or the first business day of the month or year etc. Only being able to set the task for the first/last monday, tuesday, etc. could create the task a whole week early or late
