    Add Revenue to the Opportunities dashboard top line... some firms are less worried about assets and more focused on revenue.

  2. Customize Opportunity "Type"

    Looking to customize the Opportunity "Type." Currently "New Business" and "Existing Business" are the only options. We would love to have the ability to customize the Opportunity "Type" just like we are able to customize the Opportunity "Stage."

  4. Add Opportunity Notes to Linked Contacts

    I love that we can add notes to Opportunities, but it would be very nice to have the option to copy those notes to the linked contacts so we don't have to double enter them. A checkbox that says "copy note to linked contacts" would be fantastic!

  5. Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields

    Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields to more easily monitor, work on, filter, do reporting, etc. There should be a Start Date, Next Follow Up Date, and Closed Date. And the Next Follow Up date should generate a calendar reminder.

  6. Opportunity Final Stage Modification

    Opportunity Final Stage Modification
    CLOSED WON AND CLOSED LOST is simply not enough.
    We need CLOSED INACTIVE and CLOSED LOST CLIENT
    In the conversion process from suspect to prospect to client we can customize the stages to our own desires but when it comes to creating the final tally, you take control and the end resulting two options of Closed Won and Closed Lost is not enough.

  7. opportunity filter

    We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.

    For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

  8. Assigning multiple advisers or Team to an Opportunity

    Is it possible to assign an opportunity to multiple advisers? We have situations where multiple advisers are assigned to an opportunity and they would like to be able to select all opps that they are working even those that they jointly are working as a team.

  10. Connect Activities & Notes to an Opportunity

    Any Activity, Note, or Email should be able to be simultaneously linked to an Opportunity in addition to being linked to a contact and/or Account. Notes inside an opportunity do not automatically link to the corresponding contact(s) and Vice Versa. It is as if Notes inside an Opportunity are hidden within the Opportunity. All Notes and Activities related to a contact should be visible in the contact view, but only the activities and Notes related to the Opportunity should show inside the Opportunity view. This would gather all email communications, notes and activites (past and future) related to that Opportunity…

  11. Opportunities on RT Calendar

    It would be great if your assigned opportunities would show up on your RT calendar just like you can choose for your tasks or appointments to show on your calendar. This way you can work the opportunities step as a task for the day, versus having to set up a separate task for each step of the opportunity.

  12. Notify users that an opportunity has been added

    When and opportunity is created, users/assignee should be notified. As of now, the only way one would find out that there is a new opportunity is if they click on the opportunity tab.

  13. Contact Record Opportunities

    It would be nice if you were able to tell that a client was associated with an opportunity from their main contact landing page. It would alleviate the necessity to pull up the opportunities sub-tab under each contact individually.

  14. Send Opportunities Notifications

    Have the system send out an email to the person an opportunity is assigned to as a reminder that it needs to be followed up on.... this was previously posted and said that it was completed, but it actually was not.

  15. Linked Notes in Opportunities

    Would be faster to add Linked Notes in Opportunities how it is currently setup in Activities.

    This would prevent from having to open a new page just to add a Note and see the list of all notes from the Main Opp page.

  16. notifications within opportunities

    Within Opportunities, there should be a Notification button for something to be completed within Opportunities. Right now, I am having to create the Opp, then make an Activity to remind a User to do the next step. It seems redundant. Thanks for your consideration. It would make things more streamlined and efficient.

  17. Opportunity Follow-Ups

    I would want the ability to set a follow-up date on opportunities. Right now you can only set a close date.

    I would envision a tile on the today page that would show my opportunities to follow-up on today.

  18. Create Followup Opportunities from Notes

    It would be nice to be able to select and input a new opportunity from the notes tab similar to being able to add a follow-up to that note.

  19. Opportunities needs to have way more fields

    Opportunities should include a field for "Product Type" as well as revenue for each product type as well as "Amount" for "Producty Type". If I want to track annuities and investments I do that in deposits and also revenue. If I want to track insurance I'll do that in terms of premium and also revenue. There is no way to do this presently. We should also be able to report based on Service Advisor and Writing Advisor as well as lead source etc.

    If I want to know who is referring me the most insurance and which sales person is…

  20. Opportunities layout

    The pipeline layout of Wealthbox's opportunities (moving the client to the right, in columns) is a more intuitive and sales oriented layout. It would be great to have this as a feature.
