  1. Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level

    I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI.   2. Family names

    It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

  3. beneficiary information...details

    Maybe under the misc. client info add a spot for beneficiary details where you can list kids social securities and birth dates. I am constantly digging through old paperwork to find this information when doing new paperwork. I don't want to make a new client profile if all I want to save is these two pieces of information.

  4. Invite multiple clients at once to Speak

    Being able to invite multiple clients to Speak at once would be very helpful! If we want to invite, say, all of our "A" clients to communicate via Speak, we currently have to go through and manually invite every one one at a time, which is a huge pain and very time consuming! We should be able to select multiple clients at once or select a tag group and invite them all at once since we can only have one invitation message anyway.

  5. Add a secure link or communication portal linking users of the CRM and Imaging to the support team.

    Having the ability to send sensitive (client or business) information to the support team or any other Redtail contact through a secure link or communication portal within the CRM or Imaging is much safer sending that information by email and much more efficient than waiting on hold to pass along the needed details verbally. Email is the easiest tool we have for hackers to breach.

  6. Guam Timezone

    The timezone options on Redtail only apply to Pacific, Eastern, Mountain, Central, Hawaii and Alaska. Guam is also part of the USA and it would be extremely helpful if our timezone can be added. Guam timezone is Chst-Chamorro Time (UTC+10:00) Guam, Port Moresby.

  7. A-Z list

    Contacts - please add A-Z listing (A B C D...) at the top of each page while in contacts and navigating contacts. If you are in a client record "Jane Doe" and now you need to go over to client "John Hancock" it would be nice to go to the top of the page and just click H, rather than click on contacts, and now click on Contacts A-Z, then click on H. Since adding the new Favorites feature it is now 3 clicks to get to a contact record.

  8. orion integration field mapping for two way integration

    Under the current Orion Household <-> Redtail two-way sync integration, the first name field of the Orion Household links to the first name field of the primary Redtail contact. This is not ideal. The "equivalent" of the Orion Household name is the Redtail Family Name.

    For example, assume John Doe is married to Jane Doe. Both are contacts in Redtail and and are joined together under the same family name in Redtail. Each John & Jane have separate IRA accounts in a Household group in Orion.

    in regards to the following being inside the accts info::
    Best Interest Dates
    CRS Date Sent

    CRS Date Signed

    I questioned our Broker Dealer if we only had to leave these forms when business was written. My reply back from the BD was :: Please see below for what is required. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
    1) The advisor is required to keep track of when they provide the form CRS to clients and prospects alike.

  10. iPad browser compatibility

    Compatibility with iPad Pro browsers (Safari and Google Chrome) is choppy. Pop up and drop down menus often are hidden in behind the border, the scrolling often gets “stuck” and needs to be refreshed, and pop up comments or other inputs are often not available due to lack of ability to scroll. Often the page scrolls behind the pop up upon attempt to scroll within the pop up.

  11. My Feedback search

    Please allow us to search our own feedback - I can click on My Feedback but get a number of pages of my suggestions or support of suggestions. Entering in a search term brings up everything with that term. I would like to only see the search term in my own suggestions so I can see what I had commented on and the status of those suggestions, not page through dozens of other feedbacks to find what I had supported.

  12. Control admin option for switch-in users

    When making creating external user admins should be able to select whether or not that user is an admin, instead of previous database rights coming over.

  13. Database Cleanup Support

    Garbage in, garbage out. One of the biggest issues with my firm keeping better track of activity stats or better utilizing available stats is that our database, because it is carried over information from two previous CRMs, has lots of **** in it that needs to be cleaned out. This may be marking complete (or assigning to contacts) open activities with no contacts, it may be putting in genders or marital status, whatever.   14. inline editing

    Enable the ability to edit a field by just clicking on that field instead of needing to always right-click on the record/field and seclect "edit...". THis is also known as inline editing...

  16. General request for integrrations.

    I recently completed the Redtail survey and neglected to add this suggestion at the end of the survey. One "thing" that would enhance the value of Redtail CRM to my practice would be to improve the integration with the other core applications that we use, namely Microsoft 365, Morningstar Office and NaviPlan. To the extent that you can automate the use of and sharing of information among those three applications you make Redtail more important.

  18. adding status field to recycle bin

    Adding the status field to the recycle bin would let us know immediately if they were a client who closed their account or left us.

  19. ADD BUTTONS TO THE INTEGRATIONS PAGE SELECTIONS

    In Tailwag there are a lot of redundant clicks. When I open the integrations dialogue box, I would like to see a button by the options that i can go right to the integration rather than drill down three levels to get where i want to go.

  20. Double Click to Edit Existing UDF Fields

    We use several custom UDF fields and it would save time if we could double-click the field to edit the text, rather than using the drop down menu to select Edit and make changes that way. We also use fields with multiple values, so it would be nice to have those values show when we double-click, rather than selecting Edit.
