Form CRS Tracking at the Contact Level instead of Account Level
I looked over and read your release notes about the tracking of Form CRS in Retail and I think that it is in the wrong place. We were under the impression that the form has to be given at the time of the recommendation whether the contact works with us or not. Only being able to track the form under an account does not capture the full scope of what is needed. I would suggest putting this in the Misc Info tab or making a new tab only for Reg BI. We would still need to be able to export…

Family names
It would help improve efficiency to be able to tag a family name in an activity, note, or opportunity. Currently you must tag each individual involved. For example John Doe has to be tagged and so would Jane Doe. If we were able to select "Doe, John & Jane" from a family name category information could post on both client cards and save time in searching for the spouses name.

beneficiary information...details
Maybe under the misc. client info add a spot for beneficiary details where you can list kids social securities and birth dates. I am constantly digging through old paperwork to find this information when doing new paperwork. I don't want to make a new client profile if all I want to save is these two pieces of information.

Make importing lists available to users
Allow users to import their own lists into Redtail.

Direct Zoom Integration with Redtail CRM
Creating a direct integration between Redtail CRM and Zoom would be incredibly helpful for scheduling and running remote meetings. The current integration (Zapier) is reliant on using thirdparty calendar softwares outside of RedTail that our firm does not utilize.

Invite multiple clients at once to Speak
Being able to invite multiple clients to Speak at once would be very helpful! If we want to invite, say, all of our "A" clients to communicate via Speak, we currently have to go through and manually invite every one one at a time, which is a huge pain and very time consuming! We should be able to select multiple clients at once or select a tag group and invite them all at once since we can only have one invitation message anyway.

Archive former users names
Would be nice if we could archive users names who don't work for the firm any longer without running the risk of deleting past activities previously assigned to or completed by that user. Just like we can archive old addresses, email addresses, etc. Our user list keeps getting longer as people are hired or leave. So easy to click on the wrong user, possibly one who no longer works here, when assigning a task.

A-Z list
Contacts - please add A-Z listing (A B C D...) at the top of each page while in contacts and navigating contacts. If you are in a client record "Jane Doe" and now you need to go over to client "John Hancock" it would be nice to go to the top of the page and just click H, rather than click on contacts, and now click on Contacts A-Z, then click on H. Since adding the new Favorites feature it is now 3 clicks to get to a contact record.

Integrately Integration
Zapier integrations are severely lacking. Whether that's due to Zapier/Redtail, only they know. Integrately works similar to Zapier and is a new kid on the block. They will likely push through better integrations with Redtail than what's currently available through Zapier. Please consider reaching out to them so that we can have a more robust integration platform.

inline editing
Enable the ability to edit a field by just clicking on that field instead of needing to always right-click on the record/field and seclect "edit...". THis is also known as inline editing...

General request for integrrations.
I recently completed the Redtail survey and neglected to add this suggestion at the end of the survey. One "thing" that would enhance the value of Redtail CRM to my practice would be to improve the integration with the other core applications that we use, namely Microsoft 365, Morningstar Office and NaviPlan. To the extent that you can automate the use of and sharing of information among those three applications you make Redtail more important.

Add a secure link or communication portal linking users of the CRM and Imaging to the support team.
Having the ability to send sensitive (client or business) information to the support team or any other Redtail contact through a secure link or communication portal within the CRM or Imaging is much safer sending that information by email and much more efficient than waiting on hold to pass along the needed details verbally. Email is the easiest tool we have for hackers to breach.

Guam Timezone
The timezone options on Redtail only apply to Pacific, Eastern, Mountain, Central, Hawaii and Alaska. Guam is also part of the USA and it would be extremely helpful if our timezone can be added. Guam timezone is Chst-Chamorro Time (UTC+10:00) Guam, Port Moresby.

Instead of adding random new integrations- spend time improving the existing ones
There are countless user requests regarding enhancing existing integration features with very little movement over the past few years. However, Redtail seems to spend ample time adding more integrations. Please dedicate time to making existing onces more valuable as we have been begging you to do for years.

Clicking Off-Window in Basic Information or ANY other pop up windows like "Add User Defined Field" Should NOT Cause the Page to Close (Deleting ANYTHING That Had Been Typed).
