Would like the capability to expand/suppress the notes section. Very frustrating to have to scroll to find notes from past history - would prefer the ability to see just 2-3 lines of the notes and then expand if necessary.

When using the Timeline, it would be helpful if we had the option of seeing more than 6-8 notes in the Client's Timeline. There seems to be lots of "Dead Space" for each note. It would be more efficient to reduce the amount of space used per note then let us have the option of either increasing the number of notes shown on the Timeline OR condense the Notes+comments and list them in Outline Format (this could also allow us to see any comments made or emails/actions linked to the note.

I have an old DOS based CRM that does a better job of displaying notes. Your 'new" interface wastes so much space that I can't see more than 4 lines of message text if only 2 notes are on screen.
FOUR LINES of text on a 19" monitor @ 1600 x 900.
My old CRM from the mid 90's will display 15 lines of text in a tiny 3" x 4" window on that same monitor.
When I need to see a note from 2004, I need to waste 4 or 5 minutes doing nothing but scolling and waiting for pages to load.
Just a mere glance at your layout shows me where at least 10 likes of text can be added to each page display, by no more than screen management. Think horizontal, not vertical. Think table, not div.

YES..... "Received a call from John Doe, # 555-123-4567.... he needs to have us come to his home for the appointment today, Address 123 NW street..... OH WAIT YOU CAN NOT DO that in the Notes because the POP OPEN Box COVERS ALL OF IT!!!
It really is a necessity to see these clients phone numbers and addresses!!! This pop open box does NOT need to be that wide or tall. PLEASE FIX
