User Privileges & Rights
I would like to know if you would consider additional settings for different types of users. We used to have this on our ACT database. For example, we have the need to give someone access to add notes only and not be able to edit other data, delete data, nor be able to schedule or edit appointments. The more choices the better in terms of deciding a particular user's role within the CRM.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

I couldn't agree more. Having only two user roles: admin or non-admin is too broad. The database owner should be able to assign various admin permissions to different users. For example, one user may be able to assign contact permissions but not add new users to the system
