Ability to archive a UDF
We use UDFs for our RMD so we will have one for each year. While that is very useful during the year and immediately following it would be nice, for purposes of keeping lists clean, if we could archive a UDF. What I envision this doing is it being removed from the list and anyone that has that UDF has a note recorded that they had it and what the udf contained for them.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

Can you tell our UDFs have to do with RMDs and I set them up in January? Thinking about this issue yet again.

That's funny. Came to suggest the same thing but I guess I recommended this last year. Would love to delete from each account my UDF '2017 RMD Status' and make a note of that deletion by having the system auto add notes that read "Deleted Account UDF - 2017 RMD Status - Complete' from LPL Acct 12345678."

Having a show/hide blank UDF function would allow both the user and the import team to impose better quality control over the importing process.
