There is enough space to where you could have 14 or 15 columns in that space. Each column's width should have the ability to be manipulated as they are in Excel. The user would have the ability to use a viewable column menu to add any field contained within the database. The type column could be an icon instead of using text, businesses represented by a folder icon or a building icon, individuals represented by a bust icon, a contact within a company could be the bust icon over the company icon and all prospects... Individuals, businesses or contacts for business could all have a little blue starburst in the upper right-hand corner of the icon denoting it's a prospect. The columns should have the ability to be placed in any order according to the user's preference. They should each be sort-able, from greater to lesser value or alphabetically. Emails should be active links. First and last name should be in there own columns for sorting purposes. The name would be an active link taking you to that contacts own page.

Good idea. This would be helpful for getting a list of beneficiaries to set up an account. Once a child gets married, they are no longer on the profile report, because they are a new household. Currently I use the work around of typing all the children, their birthday and social security number into the "Important Information" field. Because most of my clients have adult, married children, trying to set up all the membership links is frustrating.
