Default Activity Note Category
When I am in an activity and I am adding a note I would like the default category of that note to be the same as the activity. If the whole thing is about a service request none of the notes are going to be about anything else.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

Makes sense - why if I am adding a note to an activity that is categorized as one thing does the note category start as general? If the note is related to the activity, the note category should be the same.
