I would love to have a ticket based system, for tracking a client's problems just like RT has for tracking us as it's customers
I would love for the CRM to generate a "ticket" for tracking problems just like Redtail has one for us/it's customers.
This suggestion is either not possible or not planned at the current time. Technology changes all the time though!
The same suggestion can be added as new, or email us at email@example.com to set up a training session on other Redtail features and products that can help accomplish the end goal.
