The integration of keyboard Shortcuts for the more commonly used bulk features (Such as the add button in any given browser) Would be supremely helpful. Just a way to streamline the process of using redtail and to cut down on the amount of time spent clicking around the website.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!
Ryan, No I added this request because I had already contacted Redtail about any keyboard integrations they had and they told me they only have the standard ctrl v&c combo. They then proceeded to tell me to suggest it on here, so it seems like something that will come at some point and they wanted it on here as a reminder and barometer on the reactions they would get. But they do not have any specialized shortcuts at the moment.

Is there a way to save notes faster rather than having to scroll down the page and click on the "save note" button? (i.e. ctrl + s? or just "return"?)
It would be helpful if- at least on the Overview Page but anywhere, actually- if we had the option of programming the F1-F12 hot-button keys for common RedTail Functions such as "Add Note" or "Add Activity" or even have the option to jump to some QuickLists we pre-program.

Add a Keywords shortcut to the menu like Important Info. It would be very helpful to have a quicker access to this informaiton.
