More options for fields that show on the search results page after a search
When I search in the main search box in the top left corner of Redtail, a few different information fields show up beside each contact on the search results screen and then there are field options in the top right part of the page to determine what fields I will see next to each contact. Those options are very limited. Please add more options to this... especially contact email information.
It would be VERY helpful to be able to see primary email addresses here. When I am looking at attendees within a seminar, I see these fields in the row beside each contact: Contact, Contact Status, Phone, Email, Guests, and Attendee Status. When I then "Send to Search" for those attendees, I can only see these fields in the row beside each contact: Name, Status, Category, Source, Type, (and then SrvAdvisor or WrtAdvisor if I select those on the dropdown menu).
When I send a broadcast email based on a tag group search or from a list of event attendees that I have "sent to search", I am unable to see the email addresses. Many of our clients have the same email address as their spouse and we want to make sure they only receive one email from us. In order to make sure we do not send two emails to a duplicate email address on that list, I have to look at the seminar page, manually make note of which emails not to send to, or, on the search results page, I have to hover over each contact name on the list to decide whether or not their primary email address (that shows when I hover) is a duplicate of the spouse's. This is a lot of manual extra steps that could be avoided if the email address field continues to show on the search results screen. If the email address showed on the search results screen it would be much faster to identify clients with duplicate email addresses and can mark one of the two contacts with the duplicate email addresses to not receive the broadcast email.
Please add lots of options to the "filter" drop down box of fields to be included (especially contact email information) so I can decide which fields I would like to show up in the row beside each contact on the search results page.
