Custom export with activity report
I would like the ability to run an activities report (open activities for example), but to also be able to choose the fields I want that report to generate, similar to a custom export.
For example, all open activities across the board, from XX date to XX date, and then choose the fields it exports to excel/csv. So that we can filter and sort those overdue or upcoming activities by Client Classification (A, B, C, etc), state, last name - whatever fields we've chosen to put in the export. I called Redtail 6/2/2020 and they said that is currently not an option.
Then my assistant can run all overdue "touch base" activities or "schedule review" activities or "task" activities, etc. and prioritize them by whatever criteria we choose.
