Couple of things related to permissions.
First, each user should be able to set the default permission of the contacts, actives', and notes they create (separate setting for each). As a db owner managing a group of 15 or so advisors on separate teams its annoying to go through and fix the contacts they forgot to permission.
Second, inconjunction with the first, have the option to allow the db owner to force permissions of notes and activities to always be the same as contacts and to change when contact permissions change. This would make a much simpler process in a typical office which probably wants the client records and notes to all be visible by they same people. Either way it could be an option
Third, when deleting a team or when changing permission of contact (either bulk or otherwise) give the option to change the notes and activities associated with that contact. Right now I have a problem that when I need to change a contact to another team permission (ie. client changes advisors) I would have to manually change every note and activity affiliated with the client manually!!! That is stupid! Also allow for me to bulk change the note permissions for a contact or group of contracts.

Also permissions on seminars, there is no way to prevent anyone in the database from see those.
