Provide archiving rules and exemptions with compliance filtering
We like having the ability to see emails sent from all advisors to any client, however there is no way to exempt our spam emails, or filter out internal staff emails that should be kept private. We've deleted our emails from contact records, but b/c they are tied to our user profiles, they still filter in. The email history is filtered with junk email and multiple threads of the same message when multiple users are CC'd. My CCO is still using Global Relay for compliance b/c there's nothing to help filter for a keyword or other parameters that are essential. Our previous CRM allowed us to exclude employee emails and sub folders in Outlook, so we could limit what was captured. I'd like these tools to be available in Redtail.
