When it comes to scheduling appointments, have the appt attendees default to who ever's calendar you are in
99% of the time it is a receptionist or other support staff scheduling appointments with our advisors/preparers. In our office we have 5 advisors who meet with our clients. When we go to schedule an appointment we pull up the clients specific advisors calendar to select the time slot for the appointment. Yet the meeting attendee defaults to whoever is making the appointment, not to the advisor (who's calendar you are actually viewing)
Could you possibly create a preference to default the attendee to the person who's calendar we are viewing at that time? this would be a much faster process and also would ensure less human error in scheduling with the correct person.
To take it a step further even, we have each advisor assigned to their specific clients. it would be even more helpful when it comes to scheduling, if I could schedule an appt for a contact then the appointment attendee defaults to their assigned advisor.

Thank you for suggesting this idea Amy. I agree with this 100%. We also have 5 advisors and 3 meeting rooms, so we have lots of "clicks" to get 1 appointment set up. If I'm viewing a specific advisor's calendar and I click on it to make an appointment, the attendee should be defaulting to the advisor not me. We use multiple staff to set up appointments and human errors seem to occur and could easily be avoided. If I'm going to set up my own appointment, I would be in my calendar, so defaulting to myself for that makes sense.
