I was just about to add this suggestion myself. It seems that there are currently two ways of being notified of activity updates and neither are efficient:
1- Adding people as attendees: If this is done only as a means to provide notification updates, it also adds confusion regarding who is responsible for the activity.
2- Asking the attendee to select Notify Team with important updates: this is an extra step that the attendee needs to remember to do. -

Currently to have a individual(s) kept in the loop of an activity you must add them as an attendee. So for a supervisor or manager of multiple people or even those individuals just on a team, this can add numerous tasks to their calendar that are truly unnecessary and can clutter their own tasks lists. BUT, If a team notification can default to keep the original team notified at the creation of the activity for all current update of notes, date changes, completes, etc. it is just an email that must be read. I imagine this option would benefit the masses than just the ones making the suggestions But by looking at the dates on this topic, and the suggestions have not gone any further than "Under Review" in March of 2016. It hasnt been revisited as a worth while upgrade

Once permission have been set to a team, it would be nice to have this default for all visible notes, activities, and calendar events and contacts with an established household, instead of having to choose each time a new entry is made.

Each time that you update an activity, the Notify Team does not automatically display the next time that you open the activity. It would be helpful to have the option to save the Notify Team so that you do not have to choose it each time that you update the activity.

Is it possible the have the team notify option saved in the activity. Currently we have to remember to notify teams and individuals each time an activity is updated and completed. We are often forgetting to re add the team each time, as in the old system this remained saved in the activity.
