  1. Customizable Landing Page

    We are requesting the ability to create and modify a custom landing page in Redtail. There are a number of fields we'd like to view on one screen prior to meeting, and while meeting, with clients. A few of the fields we'd like to see at once are as follows:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone/Email
    • DOB (age)
    • Children’s names
    • Accountant
    • Attorney
    • Insurance Agent
    • Stand-by- YES/NO
    • Review Date
    • Account Types
    • Account Model
    • Latest Tax Return on file

  2. CRS - This is a NIGHTMARE!

    We are doing our annual audit and I'm trying to run report on CRS and unable to pull this easily from anywhere.

    First off, reports should run by last name, not first when you pull the PDF!

    2nd - it only pulls on tax qualified accounts, under impression we need to give this form out more than that.

    3rd. Why is Fidicuary report not an option at the client/account level. Seems as it should be for just this purpose.

    4rd. Additionally is there a way to see history of when you given the CRS form out to clients and prospect,…

  5. personal profile form closed accounts

    Hide Closed Accounts in Personal Profile Form. If a client has a list of closed accounts, it takes up too much space and too much paper.

  6. Imaging "flag" at account level

    We should have an additional Flag option when updating account info. In addition to discretionary, managed, or held away.... We should have a "Red Tail Imaging" option.

    We have some legacy accounts which are paper and some that we store in RedTail Imaging. Some clients have both. It would be helpful to easily identify where to find a folder for a specific account.

  7. Default to Primary Beneficiary being listed First

    Under the accounts, could it DEFAULT for the primary beneficiaries to be listed first, then the contingents? I often have to delete and reinput them in the 'correct' order, especially when there are changes.

  8. Clone account

    It would be nice to be able to clone an account instead of having to create a new one when there is a Roth conversion. Everything is exactly the same except the account number. So if I could clone the account and then just change the account number it would save me hours of work as we do lots of conversions.

    Add "you have been locked out" language when you are locked out for multiple bad login attempts. I've seen this on the CRM, but NOT for Retriever for Tailwag. I've been locked out twice and did not know until I called Support.

  10. Bulk UDF Additions

    When setting up an account, it would be very helpful and time-saving to select UDFs from a list and add them all at once, then go back and edit them with the needed information.

  16. Account Status options

    under the client account you have 3 options 1-pending 2- under review and 3 closed. is it possible to have a 4th like internal transfer. or other. my reasoning for this suggestions is when you run reports it will not appear to have so many closed accounts when in reality those accounts were combined or and internal transfer to another type of product.!!!!!!

  17. Prior day Albridge feed

    Discovered that Albridge feed is NOT from the prior day close, but 2 days prior. Was told by tech support is that is "normal behavior". I use Money Guide Pro software and opening a client's financial plan will always bring over the prior day close. Why can't Redtail get prior day close data? Also observed that Market data is not the current day information but rather prior day close,

    Fi360 is a great platform for the monitoring and reporting of retirement plan (401k's) and it would be great if Redtail could integrate with them the way it does with Albridge

  19. Archiving Old Closed Clients

    I would like to see the option to archive clients at a specific date. For example, if we have had a client who closed all their account with us and are no longer clients, the ability/option to archive them after 6 years into some type of Redtail Archive storage that would also be easily accessible in case you need to reference any archived accounts.
    This would allow for us to sift through the hundreds (if not thousands) of closed out clients our company has had over the last several decades. Would allow for greater organization and clean up.

  20. Add annuitization under status of an account

    Presently, there is "open", "pending", "under review" and "closed". We would like to see "annuitization" since we will continue to review the account on an annual basis plus they are still our client. Thank you
