  2. Calendly Integration

    I feel like a broken record asking for this but how is there not an integration with Calendly yet? We run our entire calendar through Redtail but we are on the verge of switching to Outlook simply because they have a native integration with Calendly. This would save our team time, money, and resources. There has been "internal discussion" at Redtail about this for some time now but never once have we received a substantive update or any progress. Is there any timeline for this integration? Thank you for your consideration!

  4. search calendar

    It would be incredibly helpful to be able to search the calendar for open appointment times. It's very tedious to search for open times when on the phone with a client. If I could, for example, search for all open 90 minute appointment times it would be so much quicker to schedule clients. Often times I have to tell a client I will call them back because it takes so long to look through each week to find something.

  5. Adding this new feature

    You really should consider developing / adding a "SMS" feature to the CRM that is tied (as an option) to the calendar.
    Once an appointment is placed on the calendar, there could be a box that reads something like, "Enable SMS". When clicked you could choose how often you want your (pre-personalized)text message to be sent that automatically includes the date & time scheduled. The message would then give the recipient the option to confirm, cancel, help or stop. This would take additional steps off what the Admins have to do in order to send / call with reminders to…

    It would be nice to be able to send clients a link to our calendar so they can easily book appointments to eliminate all of the back and forth.

  10. Please give us more recurring scheduling options

    I can set an activity to repeat on the first Monday (etc) of the month, but I cannot set it for the first (etc) day of the month. Very frustrating options, I go in circles frequently trying to decide how to set recurring activities to accomplish what I need to. Often I have to chose something that is less than perfect, knowing that each month when it comes up I will have to manually adjust it to be what I need, and hope I don't miss it before that happens.

  11. Calendar Integration with Calendly

    Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

  12. Keep default settings in Calendar for Users and Types

    After clearing cache and cookies for Google browser, the Users and Types reverts back to "All," despite that I only use certain of those.
    Keep those setting defaults to the ones I've chosen so I'm not having to reselect all of those each time browser settings are cleared.

  13. Calendar Update Notifications

    When a calendar activity has been assigned to a team member they are notified via email. When the activity has been deleted/removed from the calendar, the tagged attendees are not notified of the deletion and now opening in their calendar. This would be a helpful use of the calendar system.

  14. change categories in existing calendar sync

    I would like the ability to change the categories for an existing calendar sync setup through Retriever Cloud. The only way to change categories is to disable the sync, then recreate it, which then renames the Outlook calendar it is being synced to, which cascades into having to relink all the 3rd party calendars that are tied into that calendar in Outlook (Calendly, for example, has to be re-set up). If we could just change the categories and keep the same calendar name in Outlook it would make like much easier on us.

  15. Integrate with third party calendars including Woven and Fantastical 2

    Woven is a relatively new third party calendar that offers many features that other calendars don't have. Woven will also combine both Microsoft 365 and Google calendars, but has trouble once RT is added. Fantastical 2 is a very user-friendly calendar that is google-based.

    It would seem logical for RT to integrate with third party calendars since these companies often specialize and therefore offer more features and convenience than RT can provide.

  16. When users click on "today" in the calendar (upper left side, near arrow buttons) - could we actually be taken to the present day?

    The "today" button, as it currently is being used, takes the user to the current "month" not the current "day." The definition of today means present day, when clicking on "today" can we go to the present day instead of the month. Thank you for considering this change!

  17. When it comes to scheduling appointments, have the appt attendees default to who ever's calendar you are in

    99% of the time it is a receptionist or other support staff scheduling appointments with our advisors/preparers. In our office we have 5 advisors who meet with our clients. When we go to schedule an appointment we pull up the clients specific advisors calendar to select the time slot for the appointment. Yet the meeting attendee defaults to whoever is making the appointment, not to the advisor (who's calendar you are actually viewing)
    Could you possibly create a preference to default the attendee to the person who's calendar we are viewing at that time? this would be a much faster…

  18. SYNC Calendar with Microsoft Exchange

    Please sync the RT calendar with MICROSOFT EXCHANGE & CALENDLY. I was shocked after seeing that you only integrated the RedTail (RT) calendar with Microsoft 365, but not with Microsoft Exchange which I have to believe is the primary 'corporate' calendar many of us use. PLEASE, please link the RT calendar with Microsoft Exchange specifically. We would be so grateful!

    Create a field under activity details to mark a meeting as "Out of office" so staff knows the meeting is not in the office.

  20. Web mail calendar sync with regular redtail calendar

    I would like to suggest that Redtail coordinates the Redtail web mail calendar with the regular Redtail calendar. If you could sync those two calendars together that way I wouldn't have to manually transfer my web mail calendar appointments into the Redtail calendar
