  3. NSF to PST Converter

    If users wish to move NSF data files to Outlook PST and require an easy solution lacking losing any data.   4. Email Templates and Attachments

    Email Template ability to attach file
    We use email templates to send confirmation emails to clients and we have to drag a document containing map, agenda etc. If would be beneficial if we can attach the document at the template level

  5. Enhance Birthday Features

    We would like to be able to search by date. We send birthday messages out it can be tedious if we have a lot on one day. It would be nice to be able to use the email template and broadcast mail to send multiple emails at one time.

    or if on the dashboard we had a link to allow us to send to birthday greetings.

    Lastly, we would like to be able to schedule email (ie birthday) so that we can continue to service clients whose birthdays fall on the weekend.

  6. EMAIL archive needs to be in real time to serve sales team not just service team

    the email history needs to be in real time rather than 24 hour delay.... a delay like this is fine if you have already earned the account, just coasting, where my customer service person or myself might be leisurely floating though the accounts seeing who we can bless today but in a firefight, with another firm, trying to earn the account, the sales team needs to know closer to real time what was said and by who in email. Notes are in real time and no one questions why thats important so seriously, lets get this email archive current so…

  7. Linking and emails

    It would be nice to have the emails also show up in the notes section so you do not have to jump back in forth from the email section to the notes section in a Redtail contact page when reviewing a clients data. Also, it would be nice to be able to link notes you have already written (existing notes) to activities and opportunities while you are in the activity or opportunity. You can link them from going to the notes and creating a follow up, but you can't pull up existing notes when in an activity or opportunity. And…

  8. Exporting Email History in Bulk Actions

    Option to be able to export Email History in bulk actions.
    OR
    Add an option to filter for category, status, etc, within the Email History Reports tab.

    When a notification is emailed, it should have a corresponding link in the email to click to take you directly to the task/activity.

  10. Email viewing permissions

    Huge Email security risk. I have seen Redtail's "NOT PLANNED" response. At a minimum this deserves much more attention than Redtail seems to be giving it, if data security should be Redtail's top priority.

    I am the DB Admin. A new DB user was initially given email admin rights so she could see emails I sent to contacts before hiring her. The new user added me as a contact. She can now see my entire email history. After removing the email admin rights for this user the Email history was still viewable. We removed my email address from the contact…

  11. client meeting notification email

    Act4Advisors very easily allows you to invite a client to an upcoming activity (meeting, conference call, etc). When you create the activity on the calendar with contact, have the option to send them an email that lists the details. Many systems send these and when accepted, it puts it in their Outlook calendar. The contact can reply accepted or declined and the user is notified of their response. A much easier way of scheduling with clients when dates/times are more flexible.

    I was looking to advance my connections with my clients through Zimbra and a great product which is Bomb Bomb and can be found at Bombbomb.com. It allows you to embed a video to your client within their email.

  13. Date of birth Field automatically being filled in Email Template

    Currently you are able to use the field to automatically pull first name, last name, etc into a templated email being sent out directly from Redtail. Would be a really nice feature to add it some other fields that can be pulled (I'm sure there are others but the one I would like to see is Date of Birth).

  14. There should be more features in the Redtail email template such as fonts and colors as in outlook,

    It would be helpful to include similar fonts, type, colors and features in the Redtail email to match the features in outlook.

  15. BCC in Email History

    It would be really nice if when sending an email to clients using BCC these emails show up in the client's email history.

  17. Allow more than one attachment when using internal email

    Right now you can only attach ONE attachment. We should be able to attach multiple attachments when we are sending emails using internal email.

    Need to be able to control EMAILS and EMAIL Lists independent of Redtail Support. Should be able to add email accounts, edit them and add alias to existing accounts without redtail support. Should be able to add Email Lists without Redtail support. Currently, we are stuck with tags and the very limited Bulk Email blast.

  20. When you send an email through Redtail, it also shows up in your native email's sent folder

    We would like to be able to use emailing through Redtail as it simplifies things for mass emails, but we need the emails to show up in the sent folder of the actual email (for example, the sent folder in Outlook). Until this happens we can't use the email system in Redtail which is unfortunate!
