  2. Activity notes in app

    While the mobile app has improved significantly, there is still much work to do for "on the road" functionality. One specific area of recommendation would be that we could review, AND add new, notes to the activity while viewing the activity.

  3. notes

    When working on a note, it's frustrating not to be able to see the contact details from the overview page. It would be very handy to be able to set a preference where we could "expand all notes" on the front overview section page of a client the same way the notes appear under the note tab.

  4. bulk change notes permissions

    We have had client's change advisors and we want to be able to change the permissions on all the notes to the new advisor in once action versus having to change the permission on every historical note.

  6. notes filter It makes snese to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails.

    notes filter - It makes sense to exclude emails from notes since RedTail already has an option to see all emails. This will make it easier for you to see important notes more easily. Especially if you are using an email marketing service; that makes it so time-consuming to scroll through pages of notes to find what you need.

    It would very useful if when reviewing notes we could see what users where notified of that note

  8. Separate Clients texts using My Rep Chat integration from Client Notes.

    These two areas should be separate, currently each Chat is saved as a new note, which causes important chats to be pushed way down the list of Important notes.

  9. Signature command for Note/Activity

    Junxure used to have a "Control-J" command which quickly entered the logged-in user's NAME, DATE, TIME. (It is the only feature from Junxure that I wish Redtail copied.) Saves a ton of time when multiple users are fielding calls/questions from client or custodian and entering it into the same note/activity.

  10. search notes by user

    Add the ability to EASILY search notes within a contact by user. Make it so we can do it by checking a user box. I need to have this ability, but not so frequently that I remember how to do it. It take me several minutes or calls to your technical support line to figure it out.

  11. Have categories for notes, so you when add notes, you can put it in a category.

    Have categories for notes. So when you do a note, you can click on the category it should go in. So when you look for notes under a client, they aren't all just there, but can be categorized for notes that were in regards to say: emails: meetings: phone calls etc etc

  12. notes from outlook to redtail

    We would love to see any Notes placed into Outlook be synced to the Notes section in Redtail via Retriever for Tailwag app.

  13. When adding a note to a client, it would be helpful if there was a prompt to link the note to their spouse.

    I often forget to link a spouse to a note. For example; I send an email to a couple, and add it as a note in RedTail. Then, a few days later I might be in the spouses' account, and not see the note about the email I had just sent them. I don't always want to have notes in both spouses accounts, but it would be helpful if I was prompted to save it to the spouse when saving the original note.

    Additionally, it helps other users going into the accounts to be able to see the notes in…

  14. notes link on account page to see notes for that particular account instead of searching all notes

    It would be helpful to have a link to notes on the account page. That way when I click the down arrow, I have a choice to see notes for that particular account.

  15. NOTES- ABILITY TO HAVE A NOTES BLOCK IN WORKFLOWS THAT CAN BE DATA MINED WHEN RUNNING NOTES REPORT

    Would like notes in workflows to be searchable from a report. Designatge a main note block at top of Workflow that exports and would be searchable. This would enable you to not have to double document when completing workflow steps. Especially useful with transnational type work flows.

  16. Adding a flag or reminder feature in Notes

    After adding a note, can we get a feature to flag the note or a reminder to go back to the note in "x" number of days? Currently, the only way I can remind myself of the note is to create a follow-up activity. Let's say I speak with a client who tells me that she/he will send me a document in three days. I make a note of the call in RT and set a reminder (instead of an activity) to flag the note in four days. In four days, I am reminded of the Note and if the…

  17. Create ability to archive notes

    It would be great if we had the ability to archive notes so that we can hide some of the extraneous posts that show on the Notes tab that aren't as important/critical. The notes would still be captured for the client, just not right there on the main page clogging up the notes timeline.

  18. Edit a client note

    Would love for their to be a feature where you can edit a note for a client after saving the note. Please let me know if there is already a feature for this.

  19. Show comments on "Recently Added Notes"

    Please include recently added comments to the "Recently Added Notes" page under the dashboard. This will help us to get like projects together as well as stay on top of them and not redo the work someone else already did.

  20. Reg BI, CRS, etc.

    Would it be possible in Notes &/or Activity to add check boxes for delivery of:
    - CRS Advisor Form (RIA) - CRS Form (Broker-Dealer)
    - BIA - REG BI
    - ADV - Product Brochure
    - Prospectus
    Also, Make it a searchable field when in Notes (&/or Notes Report). So, when they are doing a Audit it would be a quick check for the Auditor.
