Note & Information Box Formatting & Coding
I love the formatting options under Notes and Important Information. I love keeping things organized and clean. However, doing it with the buttoned options can be tedious and often doesn't yield the result I would like, so I often defer to 'source' (as I have knowledge of HTML & CSS) to make it easier on myself. Would there be a way to get the source code to line up and stay on separate lines such as (for example) <font color=red>text here</font> [NEXT LINE] <font color=blue>text here</font>? Right now I can code individual things on individual lines but when I save…

The "Comment" option at the bottom of an old note is great for this but it doesn't stand out very well. Maybe Redtail could make it more not

Link Existing Notes to Existing Activities
Under the Note Actions you can link an existing note to account - why not to an Existing Activity? I frequently need to clean up the data base for continuity and correctness. Add photo images to Notes section of client profile
We use super-sized 3M chart paper during our in-office client meetings and would love to be able to snap an image of them to apply to the Notes section, or elsewhere to make them readily available for future reference in follow-up calls and meetings. This could also be handy when clients and contacts attend our social events, and we'd like to record fun photos that have become a part of our relationship with them.

link note to non-primary joint account
If I have Client & Spouse as joint holders of an account created under Client, it now shows up under Spouse as a non-primary joint account. (Thank you!) But, if I am in the Spouse's record and create a Note, the non-primary joint account doesn't show up as an option to link to. I have to go to her accounts, then to the joint account, then scroll down and click on the notes, which takes me to the primary holder (Client) where I can finally create a note that I have to link back to the Spouse. Pinned note(s) show first on main Contact Screen Note Box
I would like to see the pinned note(s) staying at the top of the quick view notes section located on the main contact screen. As of now you have to go into the contact and then click on the Notes section to the left to see any pinned notes listed at the top.

Notes customization
Notes Customization - Within the contact record it would nice to modify the view so that the Notes page is easier on the eye. I type a ton of notes, but I ultimately see a ton of white space on my page because the notes dialogue boxes are huge and don't really show the meat, just the fat. Think text message bubbles.

Capability to delete comment
I'm able to delete a Note but not a Comment within a Note. It would be nice to be able to delete your own Comments within a 24 hour period. I only delete Notes immediately upon saving it if I need to revise content due to an error. I'd like the same capability with Comments.
Because the Comments format jams it all up making look like one huge paragraph, sometimes I feel the need to revise a Comment to add additional spaces and symbols to make it easier to read and understand.

Ability to enter a date for when the note occurred, not just when the note was created
If the note has to be timestamped on the date it was entered, at least add the option to also select when the note occurred.

Need to have (at least basic) Formatting of Comments in Notes
It would be awesome to preserve at lest some basic formatting of Comments made to Notes. Comments are a great way to track who does what and at what time. But even a common return/enter to start a new paragraph does not translate when you add a comment to a note. It shows up as one big blob and is difficult to read a longer comment that needs to be made. Full formatting (bold, italicize, bullets, etc.) would be great, but at least we should have the ability to start a new paragraph. Thanks!

ADD WORKFLOW from NOTES Section just like ADD Activity.... link ADD Workflow....
PLEASE add a link to ADD Workflow from the notes section.... just like the ADD Activity.... I would much rather my staff add a workflow to a follow up than an activity!!!!

Notes
It would be great to be able to see more of the note in the note summary from a Contact's page without having to click on the notes, or maybe have an option or preference setting to select if you want to see the full notes or summaries. Also would be convenient to be able to edit the notes without deleting and starting over

Remove Linked account from Note
It would be helpful to be able to remove a linked account from a note. I have linked an account to a note by accident, and I want the not to not be linked to any account and there is no way to remove the linked account.

Notes search by date
I have tried entering a date only in the search criteria so as to be able to skip ahead directly to that date without waiting for pages to load and load. But not dates can be pulled up. Could you add this as a search filter please? It would be so helpful. And yes I did write the date in just as you have them listed DD/MM/YEAR

When searching text in notes, search comments as well.
When filtering text in notes to find a word or phrase, the text in comments is not searched. Comment text should be searched as well.

Using Nicknames to Search for Contacts when Linking to Notes and Activities
When adding a note and wanting to copy to another contact, "copy to another contact" field will not pull clients by nickname,only last name or formal name However in the contact search field, one can search by formal name, nickname, partial name. Very inconsistent!

Pin a note at the same time you create it - I constantly have to create a note, then go back and have to look for it to pin it. I would like to be able to pin a note at the same time i am done.
