  1. RE: Next Review Date. Please enable us to put a future date not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be.

    Regarding the “Next Review Date” on a Client Review Reminder. They changed the format recently and you are no longer able to randomly choose to add a future date if it doesn’t coincide with the previous “First Review Date” which many times it does not. Please enable us to be able to put a future date in not based on any previous review date and put it back to the way it used to be so we can just go into the drop down calendar and set it for whatever future date that we choose

  2. Option to Automatically Generate a Next Review Date based on COMPLETION of previous Review

    Allow us to set how often we want to have a review with a client and then when we complete the review, it would then trigger a reminder to set an apt at the specified time period FROM THAT DATE rather than from when you set the initial reminder.

  3. NEXT REVIEW

    When setting up the Next Review feature, it seems the option to update to annually on a specific day has disappeared. (Ie. annually on the first Monday of April). I can choose a date for annual review (ie. April 15 can be scheduled for subsequent years), but not the first Monday of April.

    Also, it would be nice to keep the first review (ie. April 15, 2016) and then be able to change it in subsequent years. For example, this year we weren't able to meet until June 1, 2020. Going forward, I want to change it to June 1,…

  4. Review date for couples

    It would be great to have a checkbox that copied over review date info for couples so that it doesn't have to be entered twice.

  5. 'Complete' Client Reviews

    For an industry that is very much reliant on keeping track of bare min YEARLY client reviews, this section needs a better tech focus. I would at least appreciate if the "Client Review" reminders could be 'completed' just like an activity.

  6. Know Your Client

    Please put this option back to the way it was and bring back the calendar within to be able to change the actual day of month like before under : Repeat on. Just had a client meet on the 31st of July but now even though selecting every two months it jumped to January 31, 2021 maybe since two following months only have 30 days????
    Also, instead of prompting First Review change to Date Last Review.

  7. Client Review Reminder by Months

    I would like to be able to set up review reminders with the repeat frequency option to select by a specific month or two months, rather than a repeat a time frame.
    ie: October & December - repeating in October & December
    or March & November - repeating in March & November

    Please allow client favorites to be shared accross users. We are trying to find an easy way idintfy top clients. We could either use the favorites and make then sharable across users, or maybe allow cient names to be highlighted when you search them.

  9. BRING IT BACK!!

    I understand the last update took our ability to change the client review date without affecting the original review date. Not sure who thought this was a good idea but its not. Please make the current review date editable again. And make it happen soon!!

  10. We miss the feature of having the option to select a recurring event happen on "the first, second, third, fourth Sunday of the month"...etc

    In the past, we set up our client reviews using the recurring events option. We didn't set them up the exact DAY of the month, it's more important for our office to have them on Sunday to keep our weekday calendar clear .

  11. FIX the "Custom" recurrence option in Client Review Reminder section

    With the May 2020 update, the recurrence options in Client Review Reminder REMOVED the options that were always in this area- that is the ability to select by day and month- anywhere in a year- yet leaving the "first review date" intact in the past. I see why the new options were added (to mirror recurrence options in a task) but Client Review reminders are very different. Much more fluid and they appear on the calendar based on the day and month chosen (or rechosen over time). Please update the "CUSTOM" choice in the dropdown list to look like the…

  12. Client Review Reminder Changed - HELP

    This area was changed with no warning!! We were able to choose the month for the review and actually choose 2-3 months at a time by clicking on the month as well as choosing the first, second, third, fourth day of the month just by clicking the day. This has been taken away and we have our whole book of business designed this way. How can this be taken away and deleted without warning.   13. Client Review - it would be helpful to be able to add the "last review date"

    First or initial review date is important, next (future) review date is necessary but a last review date would be much more helpful to log when the last review was done

  14. project management

    Clients > Project Management.
    Sometimes an outcome of a client meeting is to have a rather complex project for us to complete, with many action items for our Team and other Professionals to complete on a timeline that could last months or Quarters. We don't want to have to bring in more Tech Vendors... we love RedTail and especially the ability for the whole team to view progress. Can you add a Project Management function in RedTail, kind of similar to Zoho/Basecamp/Slack's system?

  15. Make a "this was a client review" check box in notes and activities

    There should be a separate field that we can use to report on client reviews in notes and activities. Currently, if you want to search notes for all of a client's reviews, you have to set up a custom category for it or use specific words to search. If there was a check box "this was a client review", then a report would easily show the history of all client reviews and would allow for better flexibility in charting client contacts.

  16. Client Review Revamp!!

    Since this supposedly a CRM built for the financial advisor and pretty much all financial advisors have some sort of client review obligation.. I highly advise you actually TALK TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR to inquire how this feature could be enhanced. This would be a more efficient strategy then just implementing what you assume would be helpful and what is the easist feature to develop.

  17. client review

    Our client reviews are rarely on the same day (ie. the 6th month, every 3 months) having the option to manually enter or a click-box to make an activity in the calendar the "next review date" would be extremely helpful.

  19. Review Tab

    Every time I add a client review to my calendar, I have to manually change the clients Review Tab to match the new review date. It would be very helpful if the review tab would automatically change to the clients new review date when I add the apt. in the calendar.

  20. personal profile form w/ UDF's

    It would be great to be able to have User Defined Fields available to print on the Profile Forms. We really like to get some additional information from our clients.
