  2. Custom Reporting

    Custom reporting allows for the user to generate a report based off the field that are selected.

    I am trying to generate an email list for all our clients. To add to that list we want the client's spouse's email to also be generated on that same report.

  3. Automatically fill the state and city based on zip code

    Our tax program (Pro Series) allows you to enter the street address then skips to the zip code and automatically fills the state and city based on the zip code you entered. Huge time saver! :)

  7. Implement adding accounts to tag groups

    It would be great if you could add individual accounts to a tag group in the event that you want to make a note of the same change in multiple accounts. For example, if many of your clients are in the same model and a trade is made you currently have to make note of that trade in each individual account. If accounts were able to be added to tag groups you could make a tag group for that model, add the accounts, and assign notes to those accounts in a bulk action.

  8. When entering a chenge of address, RT shld ask if the address shld be applied to other members of the household

    If a contact is married or head of household and you are entering in a change of address, RedTail should automatically ask you if you would like this change of address applied to all members

  9. Task list

    I would like to be able to have a running task list on the right hand side of the calendar screen so I can keep track of tasks that don't necessarily need done on a certain date. Similar to a note pad or something like that!

  10. E-mail notifications for comments on existing notes

    Is it possible for Redtail to include e-mail notifications on comments to existing notes. Currently we receive e-mail notifications when a note has been posted on our clients profile, but follow up comments to those notes are not an option for notifications. This is needed since we are constantly updating our clients notes via the comments box and those don't notify. thanks

  12. Concurrency in Lockout

    When two people open the same task, it only saves the information from the first person to open the task. There is no warning given that the task is already open. There is no warning given that the information is not being saved.

  13. Improvement

    Being able to add a clients Lawyer or Accountant/CPA without having to create an actual contact record of them would also be very helpful. We are trying to use the Know Your Customer feature and gather as much information about our clients as we can but I cannot just add the name of the CPA unless it is already a contact record. Same with Beneficiaries. Being able to list just their names and relationship to their record without creating a contact for them since most often they aren't our client.

  14. Add icons at the top of the page for quick access links to membership and misc client information

    Since is information is not on the main part of the contact profile, it would be nice to have a quick icon link at the top of the page that stands out to get to this information quickly.

  16. Permissioning for documents

    Allow users to set user- or team-level permissions on documents uploaded to the CRM. This would control which users could view certain documents.

  18. User Rights - Edit Contact Records

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add the ability for the database administrator to allow or disallow a user from editing a contact record. If you want to centralize the process in your office for who gets to edit records this is the way. There is currently a user right option to delete a record. Someone could still go into the record a compromise the data within the profile. Its the same as deleting it. We need this ability to turn on and off for specific database users.

  19. User Rights - Create Contact Record

    There needs to be several more user rights options. Add the ability for the database administrator to allow or disallow a user from creating a contact.   20. I would LOVE to see an arm of the CRM that manges the process of the financial applications, from submission, approval, funding of the polic

    We process financial applications all day long and need the ability to TRACK the process of those applications from the submission, to the approval to the final funding of the account from the contra firms. It would be FABULOUS if we could track that in the Client's page and not through a separate process or system.
