    Please add the user id as a field that identifies a report in the drop box since it is an accumulation of everyone's reports.

  2. Opportunity by Importance Drop Down

    By adding an opportunity Importance rank, producers like us can start a day quickly by addressing the most important opportunities first. The problem is that importance is not always defined by the commission opportunity. It can be defined by needing a quick turn around or a referral to a smaller case by an important client. This Drop down feature could be exactly the same as the one in the Tasks.

  3. Tracking maiden names and name changes.

    A long-time client gets married, you make the changes in Redtail, but you know them by their previous name. It would be helpful to have a way to pull them by their maiden names, without having to hyphenate it for the sake of being able to pull it. A way to link a maiden name, that is no longer a legal name, to the new married name.

  4. No Contact Report Custom Date Range Filter

    As of right now your No Contact Report will only allow a maximum of 365 days. This should be a field that you can customize to any time frame.

  5. Consider moving the client identification information (DL Info) from Know your client section to the contact card section.

    Move the client identifcation information (DL Info) from Know your client section to the contact card section. All forms and applications that we complete now require this identification info. This would place the info on the main screen instead of navigating to find it

  6. I wish there was a feature in your tasks (like in email) where you can use a down or up arrow to go the next/previous task.

    When using gmail there is always and up and down arrow that allows you to move to the next or previous message. This would be so helpful in the tasks so you don't have to go out to the main screen find your place again and then select the next task.

  7. Workflow Check Boxes rather than "complete/un-complete"

    In workflows, use check boxes rather than "complete or un-complete". Currently it is confusing: If something is not complete, there is a link that says "complete". So at a glance, I would see that task as complete, but in fact it is complete if the link says "un-complete". This is backwards and confusing.

    It would be much simpler to have a check box and a green check when an item is complete, which would be much easier in figuring out where a project is at.

    Please provide a less cumbersome way to load the integration Zimbra email. Presently it requires 4 clicks including "Cancel" in Redtail.

    Rather than display company/product or face value, there should be a separate viewable criteria/ filter labeled model/strategy within the accounts page.

  11. Ability to Export Assets/Liability fields for clients into an excel spreadsheet

    I would like export fields from assets/liability and for family names into a report for my clients. Right now all i can export is their account information but their assets/liabilites are also very important to report to them when meeting with them to discuss their financials.

  12. Opportunity Tracker: Bulk Actions

    It would be a great feature to be able to select multiple opportunities via a checkbox next to the open opportunity and then select a Bulk Action after you've selected. Imagine having 21 open opportunities that are all named "schedule appointment". You could select all 21 and select a bulk action email report. Or at least open the feature to select multiple opportunities and then be able to "send to search". Then from the search report be able to select the contact records you'd like in your Bulk Action. I think this feature for opportunities would be a fantastic idea.…

  13. Option of percentage or dollar amount in Beneficiary Section of Accounts

    Add an option between setting a percentage or dollar amount in Beneficiary Section of Accounts. Some accounts/policies allow dollar specific values for beneficiary distributions. Thanks!!

  15. How can I see potential revenue? I want to track projected revenue vs. actual booked

    AUM only takes the forecasting so far. We need to know potential revenue to budget properly.

  17. I would like the ability to create transactions without the mandatory buy/sell. We would like to add transactions such as RMD distributions

    Take off the mandatory buy/sell field for account transactions so we can use that for other purposes such as recording contributions and distributions ie RMD and rollovers.

  18. Name recognition

    Somehow have name recognition when you are typing in a clients notes. IE: in facebook when I am commenting I type Jane Doe and it automatically tags that person then both contacts can have notes updated without you having to think about adding them.

    Nothing inspires a client's confidence like glancing at their advisor's screen and seeing pink unicorn and rainbows.

  20. Have the Account Model field be a list managed by the Admin,

    If the options are provided in a drop down list then we don't end up with duplicates of the same model spelled differently.
