  1. Contact List more organized

    One suggestion to make the contact list a little more appealing
    would be to have a client and then have the "+" next to their name
    which could allow to expand on that client and see the family members
    (spouse, children, etc) without having all of them on the list with
    other clients. I feel that having someone's spouse or child
    information just clutters the main goal of the contact list. I just
    feel this would be more appealing and useful in my own opinion. And of

  2. beneficiaries

    Create a standard report that list all beneficiaries for all accounts and policies. Or, at at a minimum, enable the ability to create an export report that list all beneficiaries for all accounts and policies.

  3. On the Personal Profile form could you add the "know your client" information/sections to the form?

    The personal profile form is great, but we would like to see the "know your client" information or sections added to that form. We would like to utilize this form when clients come into the office, they could look over a printed off form and make any changes or updates to their profile.

  4. Triggers

    It would be exponentially helpful to expand triggers to include options related to office processes! (ie, 'appointment completed', certain activity added to a calendar, workflows). This would create a lot of efficiency through automating those processes, versus the automation related to data that is currently offered.

  5. Stock watch

    The stock watch area should include dialy, and YTD performance percentages. Other data such as provided on Yahoo, Google or Morningstar would be helpful.
    The idea of not having to jump from one site to another to obtain pertinent data is appealing.

  6. Add automation trigger based on COMPLETION, allowing delayed activity assignment as action

    Automation triggered by COMPLETION of certain activities/events. For example: The completion of a client review triggers an activity for a user 75 days later. The newly created activity is a task to call/email that client for their next review. The current method (creation of activity) does not account for delays and reschedules.

  7. Calendar -print a list of the UNASSIGNED by date, and time

    It would be helpful to have a LIST of the unassigned time blocks available to offer to clients when I email them to schedule an appointment. currently I am manually setting this list in excel, and checking it against the calendar every time I send it out.

  9. Link Account to Multiple Contacts

    I would like to be able to link accounts to multiple contacts. Joint accounts, also trust accounts where the trustees may or may not be a part of the same household. It would also be nice for the purpose of linking a power of attorney to an account.

  10. Redtail operates in a way that treats every client as an individual. We, as advisors, deal with most clients at a family level.

    Redtail needs an enhanced family level viewing screen. We, as advisors, deal with most clients at the family level. Too woo the client, we have to be able to speak with the client, especially over the phone, as if we know the family like we know our own. In order for the client to perceive this, the retrieval of data need to be seemless. The only way that can happen is if most of the personal information for each family member is on a single screen.   12. Memberships - Titles, Phone #s and email

    When viewing the memberships of businesses and our plan clients it would be helpful if we could see their title, phone number and email on the membership screen instead of having to click on each member....or maybe just a pop up box with the same info when you roll over the name. Thanks.

  13. Enable ability to filter the data included in Charts on Today's Overview

    Create the ability to check on/off the data to be included for viewing in the Contacts by Status, Category, Accounts, and Opportunities charts. Also have the system save whatever criteria was last set, until changed. Doing so would make these charts reflective of data that's actually meaningful, rather than just everything that's in the CRM database (some of which may be old and irrelevant currently).

  14. make the import spreasheet available in the add new contact section

    When new advisor begin working with your company one of the first things they want to do is add the new contacts to the CRM. It would make it easier for them to have access to the import spreadsheet once they have access to the CRM

  15. Account Amount

    When I am adding accounts into redtail, the only way to get a balance on those accounts is if they are AUM. I enter the shares as 1, and the share price as the account value of the annuity. It would be nice if I could have the balance of an account if it isn't AUM.

  16. quick lists

    you should be able to pull up an existing quick list, change one or more parameters, and then save that as a new quick list ... right now it would have it with the original name and not give you an option of naming the new list something else ...

  18. Calendar to email

    Redtail should have the calendar available to be linked up with a separate email account, so the events that a client emails about will automatically show up in the calendar.

  19. Separate tasks from the calander

    Task should be tieless and not directly on the calendar to be confused with meetings, make them off to the side like everyone else's CRM
