  1. Separate phone numbers in custom exporting & contact card

    The phone numbers should be designated phone 1, phone 2 etc. Also in custom exporting having the choice of choosing which phone you want so that you don't get multiple listings for one client because they have more than 1 cell phone.

  2. Autolink - improvement when multiple Tax IDs exist in Contacts

    Currently, an account that has multiple Tax ID matches (i.e. Individual and Trust) in contacts will link to all of matching contacts which double/triple counts those accounts and requires cleanup. It would seem more appropriate to link to only one of those contacts (first one you find) and allow users to move the account from one contact to the other if they wish to. For new firms implementing a data feed, this can save them a lot of time and aggravation.

  3. Add Email Activity to Main Contact Page.

    Either adding email to main contact page or as part of timeline is important in tracking all contact activity by date. Having to search email separately and leaving main contact page is less than optimal. Best would be to include email, notes and all changes to contact as part of Timeline so you have all contact activity in one place by date. That would be optimal and would be very efficient. Having email at least on main contact page would be helpful.

  4. synchronize wedding anniversary

    Should only have to add wedding anniversary to either husband or wife record and see it synchronized without having to manually add it to both.

  5. add updated by "name" to calendar activity

    it says "created by: name" but then "last update: date" knowing the date and time is great but we need to know who did the updating.

  7. activity report for the household

    It would be very helpful if we could pull an open activity report for the entire household rather than pulling for each family member.

  9. email from membership

    trying to email the membership of a company but the only way possible is to add them to a quick list or cut and paste all their emails to one message. It would be nice to select from membership which contacts you want to include in a broadcast email.

  10. Give a toggle feature to the TIMELINE feature to show or hide.

    Need option to hide information not pertinent to our daily business....saves us time

  12. "Clone" Workflow Step

    It would save a lot of time to be able to clone workflow steps and then revise to reflect the changes I need rather than having to start over when many of the tasks within a step are the same for multiple steps.

  13. enhance the Seminar Management Attendee List

    When adding guests to the Seminar Management list, and marking the guests at "pending response", at the end of the report it gives a total number of attendees. Can you please update this report to give you the total number invited, as well as total number attending (those responding yes to attend), along with total number declined, and total number pending response. And, the ability to have it generate in an excell spreadsheet to seperate them out and make nametags and anything else needed. This would be very helpful, as I still have to create a spreadsheet seperately to do…

  16. Add searchable fields for Mortgage Rate info

    With mortgage rates declining we'd like to be able to run a report on clients including their mortgage rates to review who may benefit from a refi. Adding a searchable field to enter the current rate and possible mortgage product would be helpful.

  18. Insurance Account Information - update it and make sure it is in the Project Tailwag

    The health insurance (Individual Medical) are outdated and need updating and either allow the fields to be free form or increase the choices. For example, there needs to be at least two copay fields - on for primary care physician, the other for a specialist. Annual or lifetime limits are gone for all new plans - so either eliminate them or add new options.

    For all medical plans, the important information is:
    1. Copays (Primary Care Physician - PCP, Specialist).
    2. Deductible (individual/family) - in network, out of network
    3. Coinsurance - In network, out of network
    4. Annual maximum…

  19. enable company address and phone numbers to automatically populate employee address card

    It would be nice to have a company's address and phone numbers automatically populate an employee's information card. Currently, when we enter 401(k) participants for a company we have to manually enter this information repeatedly... We can occasionally import this information but in many cases, this is not possible. It makes the set up process much longer and tedious and is frustrating when we know the employee (participant) is linked to the company (membership), yet we can not draw from the company contact data.

  20. Offer year-end reporting

    Offer the ability to run year over year reports based on metrics we see daily on the dashboard (number of clients, accounts, average portfolio value, etc). I see no historical reference to what these numbers were at the start of 2014 and it would be nice to compare them year on year.
