  1. Term Life Policies - allow the user to add asset

    When adding a term life policy as an account to a contact, there is no option to add an asset. You have to set up the accounts as a variable life, then add the asset, then change the account back to a term life. There needs to be an easier way to handle this and be able to show the death benefit of a life insurance policy on the account screen.

  2. Ability to Collapse Individual Weeks in Calendar Month View

    Having a way to hide previous weeks when we are looking at
    the calendar on the "month" view. I don't know if there is something that I
    can click to hide it. I like the whole month view but I don't need the
    previous weeks. Also, is there a way to hide Saturday and Sundays on the
    viewing of the calendar so I can see a 5 day week versus a 7 day week?

  3. Accounts with Type of 529 Plan

    In the Ownership Information section, need to add a field for Successor or Contingent Account Owner. This is not the same as Joint Owner. If you were to die or become legally incapacitated, the successor account owner assumes all rights and responsibilities for the 529 account. The successor can be, but does not have to be, a spouse. (A very small number of 529 plans permit spouses to establish the account as joint owners.)

  4. Add Opportunity Notes to Linked Contacts

    I love that we can add notes to Opportunities, but it would be very nice to have the option to copy those notes to the linked contacts so we don't have to double enter them. A checkbox that says "copy note to linked contacts" would be fantastic!

  5. Add Trustee information to Trust so it show on mailing labels

    Underneath the name of the Trust there should be a spot for the Trustees name so it shows up on mailing labels, etc. since they are typically the ones to receive the mail on the trust.

  6. Account Report with ALL Fields and Notes/Activities associated with Account

    Please create a report that we can print (preferrably in pdf or word format) that includes ALL the fields we fill in on the individual account page in Redtail. Include the notes because we use this field to put in additional information pertinant to the investment or annuity etc. This report could be printed for client meetings without having to pull up Redtail in front of the client.

  7. When deleting a user - Do you want to move pending activities?

    When someone deletes a user from their database... Have a pop up that asks if they want to move any pending activities to another user.

  8. Have transactions link to and update account Details

    After entering transation detail, you then have to update the account details to reflect the changes- the two should be linked so once a transation is entered it automatically adjust the account holdings and values.

    I would like to run a search for all of the Doctors in my book but there is no option to just search br Dr.?

  10. add priority (high/low) to broadcast emails

    all email clients have this option, we should add this for users using the internal email client.

  12. Create a "Business Personal Profile Form" for Business Records

    Printing a personal profile report is great however I also need the capability of printing a profile report that is catered toward my 'business' contacts. Making sure the profile report has been created with 'business' information rather than a family's information.

  13. Indicate Dates with Activities Scheduled on Calendar Navigator

    One nice feature about the calendar in ACT! or Outlook is that if you have activities scheduled on a day, the date is in bold text on the minim calendar which shows the month or two at a time. This is nice feature that you should add as is allows you to quickly see available days, etc.

  14. Add more Customize Fields under Departments

    It would be nice to add more customizing fields to departments than just having four. Name, contact, phone, email or web. Most of the departments I use have phone number, fax number, email, web, a user name and password to their websites. I am currently having the fax number on the right side under Contact card. The only way for me to know if it is the right department fax number is to hover that number until the department name appears. Its very eye straining when i have 12 work fax numbers i have to look at.

  15. Allow Notes and Activities to be added to Departments

    We want to be able to add departments such as "compliance," "licensing," "marketing" and "sales" and add notes and activities to those departments. Currently, the only way to add notes is to make a new contact and link to the contact to the business in membership.

  16. Revenue per account and client aggregate tool much like the AUM feature.

    A feature that allowed for revenue per account and client that would then aggregate much like the AUM feature. This would be a field that would allow for a % input that would multiply against the asset under management.

  19. option to send from

    When sending an email from a contact record by clicking on the email address, currently there is no option to send 'From' a different email address. Please add an option to send from a different email address using the internal email client. This would be extremely helpful in my business practices. Thanks!
