Calendar Integration with Calendly
Currently we have to work around 4 different google calendars to get the Calendly feature for scheduling. With the world shifting to digital, is there a possibility of RT integrating with Calendly so our office can have a scheduling system off our 1 CRM calendar?

NOTIFY USER
It would be nice to see who you notified when you post a note. This way you can see clearly who you notified when you post a note.

Simple email link to household without archiving
Have just a simple email link to a household from outlook vs the full archive. A free feature that other CRM's utilize would be helpful instead of needing the archive features at an additional cost.

Opportunity Notifications
We are hoping Opportunities may be set up similar to the Activity and Workflow features in regards to notifications. We have multiple Users and multiple Teams in our database. We would like a large Team to have Permission to view the Opportunity but have the capability to turn off notifications on actions/updates done to Opportunities.

Expand Automations to include trigger events around specific workflow or activity templates
We need the ability to utilize automation when certain workflow or activity templates are added or completed. Example, when a workflow for new client on-boarding is completed- assign the "schedule financial planning implementation meeting" activity template. Or when a "client trade" activity template is completed, set off the "client money movement" workflow.

Please add projected revenue totals at the end of an opportunity report pdf. Even better if you can separate the totals by source.

Automation Added based on Trigger Activity Added - More Conditions Needed
Please add more conditions when selecting Trigger Event Activity Added such as:
Created by equal to User X
Created by equal to Team Y

Prospect Name Confirmation On Broadcast Emails
When confirmations are sent to my email that an email went through it does not specify which prospect it is referring to. Is there a way for the prospect's name to be included in the email or subject line?

You really need some easier way to track time spent on clients so we can easily determine who's profitable or not.

Exclude "All Day" Activities from reports
Would be a nice feature to exclude all day, or JUST show all day activities from reports.

SharePoint Integration
We currently utilized SharePoint and it would be great to be able to link Document Libraries to a client record.

Reports with Filter Templates
The ability to create filter templates when running reports would be awesome. I run several daily reports and a filter template would be great to make the repetitive process less.. repetitive :)

combine note
It would be helpful to combine outside notes to existing activities instead of deleting the note and re-recording it within the activity or recording it multiple times. For example If I have a phone call with a client that pertains to two activities, I could make one note then link that note to the other activity.

easily access notes related to user
There is no where to easily see all notes that are related to each user. I recently called in and was told about the reports by contact and then by user and date range. However it would be far simpler to be able to click on the notes tab from the today page and see any notes related to myself. Our advisor uses notes frequently after meeting with a client to direct us on how to proceed with their accounts. Having to open each note individually from email or run the report every day is tedious. Is there a way…

Delete or move to end of list
In this Feedback Forum it would be great if ideas, once added to the system, were moved to the end of the list or deleted from the list all together. This would make searching for like items a bit easier.

Contacts by State uses the Business Address State.
Contacts by State uses the Business Address State. Please give us a way to change the report to use the Home Address State.

add a value, or make Gender field editable, to accommodate clients who identify not as male or female but as binary

tokens do not match/can't log in
Have a pop up window describing what tokens do not match means when I am trying to log in. Provide steps on what I can do to get into systems without calling support.

Orion Integration Report
There needs to be a simple way for us to see which contacts have been linked to the Orion Integration. The only way currently is to go to the client, click on integrations and see what pops up. Some sort of report or field for each contact would be helpful to audit the integration.
