Display database name in header/quicker switch
Displaying the database name you are using on the header line would be extremely convenient. Currently you need to go into the menu to "switch databases" to see exactly where you are. It would also be helpful to switch between 2 databases quicker.

Contact Photo is Too Small
When using the mobile app to access contact info, it would be nice if there were a way to view the contact's photo bigger. Right now, touching a contact's photo in the mobile app brings up only two options: to either "Take Photo" or "Choose From Library." There should be a 3rd option: "View Photo." As it is, the photo is so small that it's barely visible and, therefore, not helpful when trying to remember what someone looks like.

Add Keywords/Tags to Activities
We wish we could add tags or keywords to activities. Right now, we use categories to differentiate between things like client reviews, new account appointments, and processing tasks (RMD, Account Update, etc). For something like an account review, our advisors would like an easy way to note all the topics discussed. Retirement plans, general account review, estate planning, health insurance - these are all topics that may come up in a client review meeting (but not every time). For now they're just adding regular notes and relying on text searches. But if there were a way to add this option…

email reporting
Currently, when an email report is exported into a CSV, the report only shows the "Subject", "Attachment", "To", "From", and "Message Date" fields. It would be SUPER SUPER HELPFUL for compliance personnel if the body of the email could be exported into this CSV report as well. That way, we could use the search feature in Excel to do keyword searches in archived emails, and we would have a report that we could save to prove that the searches were done.

Every Opportunity Entered for One Client when click "All"
When looking at Client Profile, Click Opportunities, Click All... Right now it only shows Year To Date entered opportunities, when for looking at what opportunities I have entered for a client, or quick reference for when a certain piece of business was won, it would be nice to click "All" and it shows "All" not just current year

Imagine a Gantt chart that can show a manager in one glance what workflow tasks are incomplete.
Currently, as the owner of my firm, if I want to see where we are falling behind on workflow tasks I have to go into every single workflow. a Single one-page Gantt chart with colors to code where things are incomplete could tell me the whole story in one glance. This would be a HUGE time saver. One of your competitors has this and I saw this at an FPA conference. was hoping it was RedTail and I see that it was not. You have so much good here, this would be the icing on the cake.

It would be most helpful if a newly assigned activity be marked as new and stay that way until it is opened for the first time by the user it is assigned to, much like an unopened email. The new activity would stand out ensuring it is not missed by the user. A priceless tool when many activities fill a user’s “Things to do today” page.

It would be helpful to be able to run a report for both held away accounts and AUM accounts
Defining the accounts that are listed as AUM under the Account types on the landing page of CRM would be very helpful for support that accounts are identified in CRM correctly.

Have option to change SPEAK client list by last name.

written agreement area be editable
Make the written agreements area editable, so that additional agreements/announcements can be added with dates (Trusted Contacts, Form CRS, etc). Sort of a one place to look that compliance requirements are met.

When it comes to scheduling appointments, have the appt attendees default to who ever's calendar you are in
99% of the time it is a receptionist or other support staff scheduling appointments with our advisors/preparers. In our office we have 5 advisors who meet with our clients. When we go to schedule an appointment we pull up the clients specific advisors calendar to select the time slot for the appointment. Yet the meeting attendee defaults to whoever is making the appointment, not to the advisor (who's calendar you are actually viewing)
Could you possibly create a preference to default the attendee to the person who's calendar we are viewing at that time? this would be a much faster…3 votes -
Save and email to different records. Example
Allianz sends me be a proposal on a client. I want that email to be saved to the clients record. I realize it will be saved under Allianz because the system will match up the emails, however, the option to copy the email to other records is extremely important! This is the only reason I am staying with Advisor's Assistant. In Advisor's Assistant I am able to save the record to multiple client records.
