  1. Contacts > Accounts > all accts showing as "Other"?

    Please import the Account Type and Acct Name/Title from Orion. When I look up a Contact, it just shows Acct #, Other, and Balance... not very helpful when a client has a bunch of accounts and every other system shows the Title and Type correctly!

  2. Customizing Accounts Bar

    It would be great if we could be able to customize the accounts bar, the last field is currently balance, which doesn't relate to our field and we hate seeing that $0.00 in that column.

  3. CRS Tracking/Report

    Add CRS (Reg BI) Dates as options to customized reports so we can run a report similar to the required dates under "Know Your Client"

  4. Total Accounts Chart on Account page should be just open accounts

    Clicking on the "Today" page, and then "Accounts" gives you a circle chart that lists Accounts by Type. I feel this chart should only list the "open" accounts, as if they are "closed" then it isn't an active account under management (aum) anymore.

  5. Option to make fields required when entering accounts

    This would be helpful for keeping good account data. We need certain fields completed for tracking and reconciling purposes, but a few advisors in our office ignore them because there are multiple fields that do not apply to our process. So, they just forego the fields we need entirely.

  6. Fi360 Integration

    Fi360 is a great platform for the monitoring and reporting of retirement plan (401k's) and it would be great if Redtail could integrate with them the way it does with Albridge

  7. Bulk UDF Additions

    When setting up an account, it would be very helpful and time-saving to select UDFs from a list and add them all at once, then go back and edit them with the needed information.

  9. Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date

    Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.

  10. Be able to remove account types we don't use

    I am all for clean data. We are creating a Redtail Style Guide right now. The section for how to label accounts is unnecessarily long because we have to list account types we can't delete and mark them 'DO NOT USE'. It also makes navigating to the account type we actually need take longer than it needs to. Please let us clean those up (and any other field where you have undeletable options).

  12. Next Activity section Flexability

    Let there be an option to format the "Next Activity" section on the home page of each client, not limit it to 30 days

  13. add 'Servicing Advisor' or 'Writing Advisor' to Account Level so that we can pull reports based on these two criteria..

    when a new contact is entered, there is not an 'Agent' criteria to enter, we use Servicing Advisor and/or Writing Advisor....however, when 'Account' Info comes in, there is no tie between 'Agent Name' or 'Agent Number' and 'Servicing' or 'Writing' Advisor...why could we not tie agent and advisor as one or together so that we can filter or sort 'Contacts' and 'Accounts' the same way...

  15. CRS - This is a NIGHTMARE!

    We are doing our annual audit and I'm trying to run report on CRS and unable to pull this easily from anywhere.

    First off, reports should run by last name, not first when you pull the PDF!

    2nd - it only pulls on tax qualified accounts, under impression we need to give this form out more than that.

    3rd. Why is Fidicuary report not an option at the client/account level. Seems as it should be for just this purpose.

    4rd. Additionally is there a way to see history of when you given the CRS form out to clients and prospect,…

  17. Link Bank Account to Investment Accounts

    We would love to be able to record which bank accounts in a client record are attached to which investment accounts, and if they are first or third party bank accounts.

  18. Add Types of Accounts (Insurance/Investment)

    There are too many insurance fields under an account when we primarily have linked investment accounts. It would help clean things up if we could click "add a new account" and then choose "Investment" or "Insurance" to see different lists of fields.

    Coverage info, BICE info, etc does not apply to our investment accounts, but rep code, systematic transactions in/out, bank of record fields would.

  20. Ability to Add Categories/Subjects to Personal Profile Form

    It would be really useful in our office if we were able to manually add subcategories/sections to the personal profile form to make it more tailored to our firm. As well as having all information that goes into this form in one location so you do not have to hunt down everything to edit it.
