View docs in the CRM and in Imaging.
Please make a way to view documents without downloading them. My last CRM had the ability to simply review a document for looking over the necessary info. This seems like a hassle each time we download a doc, as it clutters our personal lap top or desk top, and further puts the client's data at risk.

One Drive
It would be great to be able to add or link a One Drive Document to a contact, so that I can easily access the document and be able to retrieve the most up to date version of that document.

PDF Mail Merge
We have a few documents that are PDFs and not personalized but that we'd like to track delivery of. The most recent is the new CRS. It would be nice if there was an option to do a PDF upload to a client like a mail merge - easily save it as a note with creation date and time along with details. For instance, I'm talking to a client about making a change to their investments, I can click on PDF Upload instead of mail merge, choose save as a note, enter in "Discussion of using new mutula fund family…

CRM Document Sorting
It would be great to be able to have the documents for ALL our clients sorted by date they are put in the system (newest on the top). I know you can sort by date, but it can't be saved. You have to sort for each client, every time.

Move documents in imaging to other folders in bulk
its a PIA if I have 20 documents I need to move to a new folder. Why cant we have an option to move in bulk, just like we can delete in bulk

DocuSign Integration with Folders/Files in RT Imaging
please create a way that completed documents in DocuSign can be automatically uploaded to the appropriate folder in RT Imaging. Maybe a way to assign an email address/url to each folder?

Increased RedTail Imaging Storage Display
Our business has recently closed in on 10GB worth of data on RedTail Imaging. I asked for our capacity to be increased to 20GB and was told it was added to our bill. While we do have the extra storage now, it is NOT reflected on the data chart in RedTail Imaging. I've asked two reps now why has it not been updated and their response is quite disappointing as it is simply "not available" in the system. How does a technology company not have something that basic? So now How am I to know when our storage capacity is…

Document Upload | Allow Document Name Change to Avoid ERROR (special characters)
Please Allow us to Edit the Document Name when Uploading Files...I ask this for several reasons, but especially to Avoid Receiving an ERROR because the file name contains special characters.
Our office uses Macs, so our system allows special characters in names. It is *Extraordinarily Inconvenient to have to Leave RedTail > Go Find the File on our server > Then either Change the name or Duplicate the File to add an alternative name (if we were not the original creators of the file) > Then Go Back to RT and try uploading the document again.

Please add additional document storage
Please add Box.com or Dropbox for document storage. It's a great tool we use for client to send information and send back

imaging and hyperlinks pasted to calendar
We'd like to be able to copy the web address for certain folders saved in imaging and paste them to the calendar for our advisors to easily use. The problem is when the advisor selects the link from the calendar they have to login to Redtail Imaging if they're not already. Then then link only takes them to the main page of Redtail Imaging. If they then go back to their calendar and select the link again it will take them to the specific folder that the link intended to take them to from the beginning.

CAMSCANNER added to integration options
CAMSCANNER scans documents, meeting notes, account statements, forms, etc. from an advisor's phone. Allowing the advisor to create and store PDF files from the convenience of their phone. Extremely helpful when advisor is in the field with the client. If CAMSCANNER was integrated with REDTAIL, goal is documents are added to a client's CRM file from an advisor's phone.

Make it easier to categories document uploads
The process of setting the category for an uploaded document is not user friendly. Takes several more steps when you can bring it down to 1 or 2. I would like to see an option, when uploading the document, to select which category it will go into when uploaded. And, if a document is already uploaded and uncategorized, the ability to just have a category drop down like it is set up on notes for each document attachment. This would really help us in our organizing. Most of our staff won't do it because you have to go out of…

allow documents to be automatically sent Redtail Imaging from Docusign
This remove the user from having to manually upload.

Document Titles
Please allow for characters such as ** and / to be used in uploaded document titles. Makes it much easier to name specific documents without making the name too lengthy.
