  1. UPDATE STRATEGIC ALLOCATION MODEL

    Please allow customization here. Please add the ability for us to change the fields or add a field. Specifically Objective to "Portfolio Model".

  2. Contact Details - Add Retired/Retiring As Of Option

    In financial industry advise offered to clients may differ based on whether they are retired, on the verge of retiring or have many years left to work.

    It would be helpful/useful to money managers / planners to Add Retired/Retiring As Of Option with a drop down to select a date so this information can be entered when the client is created. This would greatly increase the functionality of searching contacts without having to manually assign this options as a keyword or tag group as it may be overlooked.

  3. Multiple Review Dates

    Since we sell annuity products, it is necessary for us to have yearly reviews with clients for EACH of their annuities. This means that we need to have more than one review with them each year, but they are not in intervals. We need to be able to add more than one review. (Example: A client has an annuity with an anniversary in February, another in March, and another in November.)

  5. Professional should have reciprocal to the professional's contact too

    If you post a CPA to the individuals Professional contact, you should be able to go to the CPA contact and see all their clients.

  6. Professional Contacts

    When you add a Professional Contact, it would be great if you could have an option to click on a box to have the info automatically added/linked to the spouse's contact record, where applicable. So if I add a CPA, I would be able to add that relationship to the family, as opposed to adding it one contact at a time.

  7. schedule workflow tasks on calendar to specific block of time

    We need to be able to take a workflow task and assign it to a specific time on the calendar such as alloting 1 hour of time, or 2 hours of time, and then have it show there and in the client record when completed. This helps determine how much time it takes, allocate time accordingly and bill the client appropriately. Having the tasks without being able to schedule them to a specific block of time is quite frustrating.

  9. Change showing Married to Partnered and let the Martial Status denote the type of partnership.

    Showing Married at the top of the screen when people are in Life Partnerships is very misleading. It's hard to remember sometimes whether couples are married or not and awkward to have to ask. There are many types of partnerships these days, including Marrieds, so my suggestion should work well

  10. Have marriage date and divorced date fields.

    When viewing contact record it looked like my divorced client was divorced for x amount of years after entering marriage date in Know Your Client. I like knowing that my client was married x amount of years and then knowing when the divorce was final.

  11. Dependents and divorced parents

    It would be nice to be able to add children as the dependents to both spouses in the event of a divorced couple (household page). Every arrangement is different and it would be helpful to be able to see the "family" under both ex-husband and ex-wife.

  12. Know Your Client Options

    There are a few categories under Know Your Client. It would be nice if we could add or remove different categories customizing them to our own business. This way we could better keep track of information for our clients. Ex. having a section for beneficiaries and another section for alternative addresses or trusted contacts or having a section for special notes.

  13. Know Your Client Review Month

    The recent update to Know You Client tab removed the ability to change a client's review month. The only way to change a review month now is to change the date of the first review (making it inaccurate). Trying a custom date adds an extra review date. This is how our office tracks who needs to come in for reviews each month. Please bring this option back!

  14. Employer

    We would like the Client to have an Employer card much like the Contact card, that doesn't create a new contact as many of these ideas have also suggested. In redtail we have to put Employer under their name in the top of screen and job title. The Job title does NOT transfer into the know your client professional tab or profession?? Is there a way to get this all to show in one place via a Employer card? We need to know our clients employers and how much they make and all but to have to look into multiple…

  15. Assets/Liabilities/Income

    Under assets and liabilities, we have to set these up every single time for each client. It would be great if we could set up the exact assets and liabilities we want for all of our database, that way it populates automatically and we can go in and just enter in the balances personally. Also, add an "Income" box on the assets/liabilities page, so we can see all sources of income: i.e. pension, social security, etc.

  16. CRS

    Thank you for adding the Forms CRS  fields, however, the location of the fields isn't placed logically in the profile. We wanted to request that you change the location to the Written Agreements Review under Know Your Client.
    Creating a task to remember to enter this data is an added step that we are hoping can be shortcut.

  17. Written Agreements Review Addtions

    I want to add more customization allowing me add additional forms to that section. My firm needs an OFAC, NAF, and CRS form and I would like to be able to have those dates on my CRM.

  18. Bulk Data Uploads/Updates

    Is it possible to add a feature to the Admins for bulk uploads? We are going through a massive overhaul of all our contacts in Redtail requiring many updates to our contacts such as; status, category, key words, referral source etc . We have been exporting from Redtail and submitting tickets to have this data uploaded into our CRM. Can this be a feature added to Admins going forward?

  19. appointment time slots

    Our current business model utilizes appointment slots in 45 minute increments. Tailwag currently utilizes 15, 30, and 60 minute time slots. Can Redtail Tailwag be updated to allow for the 45 minute time slots as well, please?

  20. client since

    automatically put the date of "client since" the date they were entered into RT as a client. have an edit option in case it needs to be changed
