Automation link/ create Opportunity
Please add automation so that when a prospect is created an opportunity can automatically be created linked to that contact.

We'd like a way to archive opportunities by year so the information at the top (Closed Won and Closed Lost) is for the current year only rather than since the beginning of time.

Bulk Update Opportunities Permissions

Add "Last date updated" to opportunities
Need to add "Last date updated" so we can see the last time someone contacted/worked on the opportunity. Should not have to detail into every opportunity to see how long it it has been since someone contacted or worked on the opportunity

Linking Opportunities to Existing Workflows
If you have a workflow and then want to link an Opportunity to it, you can only see the Workflow title. It's be great to be able to see the contact name when attempting to link an existing workflow to a new Opportunity.

Opportunity Notifications
We are hoping Opportunities may be set up similar to the Activity and Workflow features in regards to notifications. We have multiple Users and multiple Teams in our database. We would like a large Team to have Permission to view the Opportunity but have the capability to turn off notifications on actions/updates done to Opportunities.

It would be great to be able to sort opportunities by most recent update. It helps when seeing who was most recently contacted or who has not been updated or contacted in a long time.

Being able to filter opportunities by opportunity name
We categorize our opportunities by very specific names depending on subject. It would be great if we could filter by Opportunity Name and not just by who it is assigned too and the category.

Opportunities Dashboard
Would like to have more flexibility and different graphs on the Opportunity Dashboard. Closed Won should be in a separate graph than your current working pipeline. Also, would like a graph of product/service type in pipeline. Also, would like to have graphs not disappear when you view full pipeline list. Plus...

Contact Status Tab in Opportunities
PLEASE add a contact Status tab (Client, Prospect, Lead, etc.) on the all Opportunity report selection so we can filter and export by Statuses with open opps. Ex. all Clients with open Money Market opportunities.
OR, add us a report feature in the Custom Reports so that this can be accomplished without having to do a bulk action keyword by each open opp to generate a report. Too much time is being wasted not being able to have this info at our fingertips on the all opportunities page.9 votes -
Every Opportunity Entered for One Client when click "All"
When looking at Client Profile, Click Opportunities, Click All... Right now it only shows Year To Date entered opportunities, when for looking at what opportunities I have entered for a client, or quick reference for when a certain piece of business was won, it would be nice to click "All" and it shows "All" not just current year

Closed Lost Reasons
Have reasons why an opportunity was lost (timing, need, price, competition, poor qualification) and become a successful deal for your sales team.Then we could draw actionable insights from these closed lost reasons and act accordingly.

Show Filter information for Opportunities
Would be helpful for the Filter Date range to show on the opportunities section. It's confusing when I click "all" and the date filter (that is hidden) filters out opportunities not within the date range.

Pipeline
Pipeline dashboard with AUM, Commissions, and Fee Only revenue opportunities with customizable stages. Aslo having the ability to track revenues against recievables.

Have a default setting so you can see ALL of your opportunities when you click on the tab instead of having to toggle through 30 days, 60 days, etc.

Quicker access to drop down menu to change opportunity stage
In the opportunities menu... you currently have to click on edit and pull up the opportunity to mouse over to the stage, pull the drop down, and select the new stage.
Much quicker would be to have that drop down available right from the opportunities list. Click on the stage, and you get the whole list, and then you can update the stage.

Tracking Revenue in Opportunities for given time frames
To be able to put in a date range and track opportunity revenue as pending, won & lost for a given time period, for example 2019 or 2020 and then track the current year. This would be very useful in tracking goals for a year, but the system defaults to the beginning. What is the point in having this number show up if it is not relevant to current goals and current users and cannot track them as such?
