  2. Reports - Notes Not permission

    I would like to be able to click on the note that isn't permissioned and it takes me to that contact that the note is linking to. When I have agents that do not permission their notes properly, I have to go in and apply those permissions. It makes it very difficult to permission the notes when you can't click on it and see what contact it is attached to.

    The other thing that would be helpful is being able to see the contact name in the Report that the note is tied to. Both would be amazing but this…

  3. Ability to Print Notes by Contact that shows the Comments

    We use Comments on notes a lot, we have a rule of same day/same topic but there is important information being added under Comments. We are going to be told that we can no longer use Comments since they will not print out on Notes by Contact Report. They also do not print out when you click on Notes in a clients RT record and choose the category of note you want to print. This would be a very useful feature to be able to export out to PDF and have the comments show as well. The only option currently…

  4. Activities By Contact-Search By Who Added Activity

    When running the "Activities By Contact" report, it would be nice to have a filter option that allows us to filter by the user who added the activity. We have several team members, and it would be nice to be able to look up all of the activities a specific user added to Redtail.

  5. More Details and Input Options for Annuities

    Able to add more details about the annuities, such as withdrawal reports, annual value updates, etc. Also, there is not option to add a SPIA as an account type.

  7. Contacts By Professional Contact - Add 'Professional Contact' field to filter

    Add 'Professional Contact' field to filter of 'Contacts By Professional Contact' report. I understand we can use the advanced search function, but it does not display the professional contact on the screen like the 'Contacts By Professional Contact' report.

  8. Running Reports that show the created date of any given workflow

    Enhance the reporting to where it's possible to run a report for the created date of any given workflows. This will be extraordinarily helpful from an analytics perspective because it will allow us to track the ebbs & flows of a firm's volume along with identifying trends in business that will help to inform the firm.

  9. Create Report for Employers with NO linked employees

    I am interested in a report that I can run periodically to clean up old inactive employers within our Redtail CRM. Every so many years, we'd like to run a report (or even a custom export) to see which employers in the CRM have NO linked contacts (or employees). As of right now we have to click on each individual Employer to view which contacts (if any) are linked to that employer. A quicker way to do this would be very helpful!

  10. custom filter dates

    The current options for filtering dates for any given report are typically a certain amount of days before and a certain amount of days after (from today). Example; you can run a report showing all birthdays and put the following parameters in: 1-day before and 30-days after.
    What I would like to do is run a report on any given day to create a list of all birthdays in March or any given month. To do this now, I would have to wait until March 1st and run the 30-day report then. But what if I wanted to prep this…

  12. Ability to pull a report listing all clients Permissions/Roles.

    Ability to pull a report for all clients or even by category that will show the Permissions and Roles. Currently, you have to go into each client's contact record one by one. This is extremely inefficient.

  13. Notes By Contact Report not showing Linked notes and activities.

    It would be helpful if on the Notes by Contact Report you could see linked notes and activities like you do when you are viewing notes in a client record. There are several instances where it would be beneficial to have the same options and tools available in global views that are available in the client record view.

  14. Reports filtering

    Reports was upgraded somewhat recently (maybe within the last 6-12 months). Prior to the update, when running a report and filtering using "Referred By Field" I could type in a few letters and the field would auto populate and I could easily choose the necessary value(s). Now that feature of typing is no longer available. Please bring this feature back. My only option is to scroll thru an select the check boxes from a list. Thank you.

  15. filter by occupation type

    It would be helpful to pull a report for 'Referral By' by the contact type. For example, instead of listing the name of a CPA, just list 'CPA'. The same could be said for client referrals - once again, instead of the client name, just list 'client'. Furthermore, if it's a referral received from our company website, it would be nice to have 'website' listed.

  16. Activities by Contact Report Should Have a Category Filter

    My firm categorizes all clients via "category" - to develop appropriate service models for each client. It would be massively helpful for us to view all clients who have "schedule meeting tasks" (under the custom "schedule meeting" template that we've created), during a certain timeframe, AND to be able to filter that report by client category. I know this must be a fairly easy addition as it is in essence, just the inverse of the "Contacts with no upcoming activities" report.

    Please add Servicing Advisor to the excel/csv export of the Activities by Contact Report.

    You can filter the visible activities by Servicing Advisor in Activities by Contact Report, but the export does not include the Servicing Advisor.

    Allow the database owner to assign a user to run speak reports. Currently, only the database owner can run the reports. This is not helpful in the event of an audit as the database owner isn't the CCO.
