  1. Add Account Balance Field to Account Renewal Reminder Report

    When running the Account Renewal Reminder Report, I would like to be able to see the balance on each annuity coming due. Can you please add the "Balance" field to that report? And can the report include a grand total balance for annuities coming due for the filtered time period?

  2. make comments and linked documents part of the notes search

    Notes are searchable, but comments and document names are not. It would be helpful to hit all when searching notes.

  3. activities by client category

    Please enable us to create a report that shows completed/open activities and workflows per contact category. Seems ridiculous we have to beg on a suggestion board for the ability to report on our own information!!

  4. Custom Export from Reports

    I would like to be able to custom export from the accounts by contact report and other reports so I can get the information I want for the items in the report from the applied filters.

    for example, in the current report, I cannot filter by or export the issue date

    and if I use the search, then ALL accounts export and I do not want that- I only want accounts of a certain Type and status in the results.

  5. Report of clients on a given step in a workflow, then mail merge from report

    I would like to be able to see all the clients on a given step in my workflow process. Then to be able to mail merge and send those clients a letter would be very helpful.

  6. Contact Notes Report

    I would like to be able to run a Notes Report by household, not just individual client. That way a married couple can have a combined report if desired, not two separate reports that need to be run.

  7. Activity report option in common tasks

    The report options within the common tasks of a contact record, only provides a "last activity" repor however, you did give options fo "last note" and "notes report". Please give the same option to be able to run "activity report", not just a "last activity"report. Similar to how the note report options are.

  8. Family Relationships Global Report - Bulk

    I see someone previously asked for this feature but the recommendation was at the contact level ("family report"). I would like to run this report for all of my contacts in bulk.

  9. Reports > Contacts > No Contact > Add Writing Advisor Filed

    We have 14 Financial Advisors... so this report is useless without knowing which client is serviced by whom. It would work much better if we could filter by writing Advisor.

  10. build a usable insurance report or at least let us customize a report. insurance account fields need help

    separate insurance accounts tab that includes all fields pertinent to insurance. need a "final term conversion date" for sure. need a life insurance report that includes all fields like beneficiaries, term conversion deadline, premiums, face amount, etc.

  11. View to see all activity on a Contact Record for certain time period

    Would be nice to see all activity (whether an activity, note, phone call, email, etc) by Contact for a selected time period. This would be particularly beneficial when returning from time away from the office to see a consolidated view of everything. Could just be a screen view, or report.

  12. Print Work Flow Template

    It would be helpful if we could print out Template Workflows. It would be a great resource to be able to print it out and have to be able to edit for approval or to be able to put in a book as a SOP style handout.

  13. Personal Profile Form

    We like the layout of the new Personal Profile Form/Confidential Personal Profile, however, the custom titles for Contact Information are not properly capitalizing.
    We utilize the custom fields as intended and have proper capitalization for client names, yet when we pull up the Personal Profile Form those titles are not formatted as we have them entered. We print these forms and have our clients review them to check for accuracy and not having their names properly capitalized looks unprofessional and poor on our part.
    Can the custom titles on the Profile Forms please match suit to what is entered in…

  14. Ability to filter Notes report for additional clients after creating first report

    We can create Notes report and filter it; but to repeat the process for additional clients, we have to go back to square one (Notes/Reports/Filter).
    Allow us the ability to save the first pdf report and then go back to "Filter" and change those parameters without the software freezing up.

  15. Reports > Contacts > No Contact > Days In Past > Add YTD & QTD

    We use Reports > Contacts > No Contact to track clients that we haven't had contact with that Year to Date or Quarter to Date. However, the date options on the Filter only include "Days in Past" (15, 30, 90, etc). This is frustrating because my team wants to know how well we are doing on our Quarterly contacts now that we are mid way through the quarter... but there is no way to get that Quarter To Date report or Year to Date report from the options! So please add either YTD & QTD or provide a Custom date…

  16. UDF Reports - Selecting Specific UDF Fields for an client we want to export into a pdf

    We want to utilize the UDF fields for our client meetings and be able to print out certain fields, such as RMD, Systematic Withdrawals, Contributions, Etc...As of now, we can only choose ONE UDF or ALL the UDF fields to export into a pdf. We would love to be able to have the option of which UDF field we want to export as a pdf. And no, a custom export will not work for what we are trying to accomplish, we need a pdf format for what we are trying to accomplish.

    On the personal profile form I like how you list the accounts of the household but don't like you can't tell whose account is whose.

  18. View all contacts in a generated report instead of only 50 at a time with multiple pages

    When you create a client report you can only view 50 contacts at a time with multiple page tabs. Instead it would be easier to view all contacts that fall into that report made.

  19. UDF

    The 7/1/19 update changing the .pdf report printing to landscape vs portrait does not work for us at all! Plus on the UDF report we lost all the spacing and line breaks we carefully entered trying to make the report more readable. PLEASE give us the option on the orientation of reports and replace the spacing.
