  2. Activities by Contact Report - Add Contact ID

    When exporting the Activities by Contact report to excel, it shows the Activity ID. Please add the Contact/client ID as well. The Notes by Contact report shows both the Note ID and the Contact/Client ID. Then I would be able to do a look-up table using the Contact ID to add other information to the activities report (such as Contact Category, Status, Type, etc).

  3. Option to see NOT held away in reports

    I love using Reports "accounts by contact" and "accounts by agent name," and there is a button that we can click to view ONLY held-away accounts, but I wish there were a button to show the opposite--our NOT held-away accounts. Or just make it a feature that you can show only held-away, only not held-away and both.

  4. Add contactID(s) to the "Activities By Contact" report export.

    The current export has a column named "Contacts" which provides the last and first names of every linked contact for a given activity. Can you add another column to this export with contact IDs? This would eliminate any confusion as to who was linked to the activity as it is possible multiple contacts could have the same first and last names.

  6. Contact Report with Photo

    We would like to be able to advanced search for a subset of contacts and then run a report/export with the contact's name and the profile picture so we can refresh our memory and put names to faces well at a client event.

  7. Active Contact Age Demographics

    Active Contact Age demographics.
    -Valuation analytics uses the average age of a practices clients to determine what the value of your practice is. This is very heavily weighted to determine the true value for succession planning and currently, Redtail only shows the age of ALL clients that have ever been entered in the data base, instead of just active clients.

  9. Activities by Contact Report Should Have a Category Filter

    My firm categorizes all clients via "category" - to develop appropriate service models for each client. It would be massively helpful for us to view all clients who have "schedule meeting tasks" (under the custom "schedule meeting" template that we've created), during a certain timeframe, AND to be able to filter that report by client category. I know this must be a fairly easy addition as it is in essence, just the inverse of the "Contacts with no upcoming activities" report.

  11. Create a duplicate by phone number report

    Create a duplicate by phone number report to make clean up practical. There are many similar names but phone numbers are more unique to a client. Thanks.

  12. Accounts By Status

    The Report "Accounts By Status" should change the name to "Accounts by Open/Close" since the word "STATUS" is used in Contact Details as a user defined field and this report does not reference that field.

  13. client account summary report

    We would like to have a report that could be given to a client that shows company, product, type, tax status, and value that looks nice. The Portfolio summary report is ok but needs some work. It would be nice to hide or exclude certain accounts from the report. I.E. a life policy cause it doesn't seem that relevant. Second it would be nice to sort them by tax type. "here is all your ira accounts" here is all your roth". Also consolidate the line items about ownership or remove them so each account doesn't take up a ton of…

  14. Report of No Future Activity Filtered with Tags

    I would like to have a feature where I can run a report for no future activity by advisor and then filter that with tags or keywords. It would allow me to fun a report by advisor and then further break it down into types of client (fee based, managed, etc).

  15. Contacts not Permissioned, Filter by Type of Contact

    When running the Contact NOT permissioned report, we should have the ability to identify each contact by the type of contact they are (individual, business, trust etc..). I know in our firm, we usually do not permission companies unless the company themselves are our clients. Because of that, our report for this feature has 100's of business names mixed with individuals and we would love to filter between the two

  16. Option to sort "Notes by Contact" reports by client name

    I'd love to be able to sort the "Notes by Contact" report by client names. That way when viewing you can see the notes/actives chronologically by client vs. just by date. It would be helpful to see all the notes pertaining to each client grouped together.

  20. Activity report option in common tasks

    The report options within the common tasks of a contact record, only provides a "last activity" repor however, you did give options fo "last note" and "notes report". Please give the same option to be able to run "activity report", not just a "last activity"report. Similar to how the note report options are.
