    1. Add the ability to sort Portfolio reports by type of account (e.g., Insurance v. Investments)
    2. Add Death Benefit and Cash Value instead of "Balance"
    3. Insert a page break as needed so that an account information doesn't get split between two pages.
    4. Allow for logo to be included on reports

  2. Remove account balances on beneficiary report

    Give the option to remove account balances on the beneficiary reports. This could be to be able to check and uncheck them in the Custom Reports or just removed them completely from the Beneficiary Reports. Account balances have very little to do with what beneficiaries a client chooses.

  3. Add a Mail Merge Field for excluding deceased spouse/ family members

    This is a problem for our bulk correspondence with clients, as a spousenickname-firstname field still turns up the deceased's name in our letters. Please add an option to exclude this.

  4. adding mailing address to Personal Profile Form

    Add Mailing Address to Personal Profile Form
    We print this form to keep in clients physical file. Mailing address is more important to us then residence, but it does not print on this form. It would be great to have that added. It would also be very helpful to add memberships to this form. What would be even better is to make the form customizable!

  5. Membership Report - export in Excel format

    It would be helpful if you could export the Membership Report in either .csv or .xlsx format instead of just .pdf. That way you could easily filter and combine the information with other reports.

  6. Combined Email History and Note Report for Household

    We would like to be able to export a report that shows all notes and email history for a household. That way when an advisor is ready to go into a meeting he could glance at a report that shows all client communication for the last year (all notes and emails for the household). Right now this is 4 separate reports - notes for both spouses and email history for both spouses.

  7. Personal Profile

    Include "Memberships" in the report so we can see the names of adult children and other family members. Or consider including a few customization options in the personal profile form, memberships being one option.

  8. Client Interaction Heatmap

    Something that would be cool is if there was a list of clients that was arranged so I could visualize who I haven't interacted with in a while.
    For clients whom I've recently seen, their name would come up as red/orange/yellow (hot) indicating I've just dealt with them. For clients whom I haven't dealt with in a while, their name would be purple/blue (cold) to indicate that I need to give them some attention.

  9. Beneficiary report

    Would you please consider adding beneficiary data to your report-writer function? This would include primary and contingent beneficiary information. With covid, we are trying to watch out for our clients without beneficiary data or for married clients without contingent beneficiary data. Thank you for your time.

  10. Narrowing Down UDF Reports

    It would be a really nice feature to be able to utilize more than one user define field to narrow down a report. For example, searching by a UDF that is a yes or no value, then narrowing THAT search down by another filter.

    I need to run a report when a specific UDF is blank.
    I am starting to think redtail is only good for the little guy....we have a lot of clients...I need to quickly find clients that are missing data

  13. activity created by report

    Would like to see a report that tells us how many appointments were set and which user set them. This could be accomplished by simply using an Activity report that is already out there (Activities by Contact) and adding the activity's Created by and Created Date fields.

  14. Export by Household

    We can already add Household name to the report export. Please add the ability to display clients by Household name to reduce duplicates when generating a mailing list which includes a single Household with multiple clients as recipients. (For example, we use keywords to indicate which clients should receive our year-end holiday cards, but right now the reports can't consolidate that list if we have added that keyword to both spouses but only need one card mailed.)

  15. Modify the Last Activity report filter

    We should be able to select the type of activity you want to filter out when using the Last Activity export feature. Currently, it just pulls the last activity, whether it is a meeting, phone call or task. I would like to be able to further specify the type. Last phone call made to a client etc.

  16. Contact Notes Report

    I would like to be able to run a Notes Report by household, not just individual client. That way a married couple can have a combined report if desired, not two separate reports that need to be run.

  17. Allow Reports for Account Flags

    We took the time to utilize the discretionary flag under accounts and now find out there is no ability to run a report that will provide that information. Please create a report or add a custom report where that flag can be selected.

  18. Report - "Activities Assigned to You by You" or "Activities Assigned by You to You"

    I understand that I may get a report of activities assigned by me to me if I choose contact in filter. However, I have many contacts and I can't remember everyone who has an activity for me that was assigned by me. For this reason, I request for a report that includes activities assigned by me to me.

    To illustrate my circumstance, when I compared the reports available right now (Activities Assigned by you to others; Activities Assigned to you by others) vs. the list that shows under Today's Activities for Everyone, I have found that 50% of what was…

  20. View to see all activity on a Contact Record for certain time period

    Would be nice to see all activity (whether an activity, note, phone call, email, etc) by Contact for a selected time period. This would be particularly beneficial when returning from time away from the office to see a consolidated view of everything. Could just be a screen view, or report.
