I need additional Mail Merge Fields
We want to create a custom mail merge template to use in place of the Confidential Personal Profile Form. There are multipe fields that I want to merge into this custom form that are not available in the current mail merge fields and therefore I will have a lot of info to add after the merge is complete.

add a workflow to bulk actions
Since you don't have triggers for every situation. It would be nice to bulk add workflows to contacts. Adding multiple clients to a tax season workflow let's say. It could either be add workflows in bulk or attach them to multiple clients in bulk.

Mail Merge - All Fields Available
This is a CRM holding contact info/account info/calendar dates. Being a CRM, you should be able to generate an appointment letter with the clients date/time of their appointment without having to run an export, then do a mail merge from that, we should be able to just click, appointment letter (or whatever one calls it). So many extra steps for the simple day to day task. ALL FIELDS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE FOR MAIL MERGE

Removal of Tag Groups(Bulk Options)
You can add Tag Groups through Bulk Actions, but can not remove Tag Groups using Bulk Actions. It would make sense to have both the addition and removal of Tag Groups a Bulk Action.

Create a Bulk Action that allows Assigned Tasks in a Workflow to be reassigned to a User or Team.
Will you make a Bulk Action that allows us to reassign tasks to a User or Team?
This would allow a manager or advisor to assign an entire workflow or workflows to a specific person.
I agree that Workflow Templates should be assigned to Teams as is taught in Redtail University. As people come and go from teams, the template can stay the same. However, if this Team Assignment continues, Teams that continue on and reassign tasks to an individual user are forced to reassign each Task individually. Opportunity Tracker: Bulk Actions
It would be a great feature to be able to select multiple opportunities via a checkbox next to the open opportunity and then select a Bulk Action after you've selected. Imagine having 21 open opportunities that are all named "schedule appointment". You could select all 21 and select a bulk action email report. Or at least open the feature to select multiple opportunities and then be able to "send to search". Then from the search report be able to select the contact records you'd like in your Bulk Action. Select multiple notes to make "actions" on
It would be great if we could select multiple notes that the "Actions" button would apply to. So you could do actions to several notes at one time (e.g. "Link to an account" multiple notes at once).

Exporting Email History in Bulk Actions
Everyone hop on board and let's help add major functionality to the Email History Report.
-We are currently using RedTail's email archive service.
-We want our Branch Manager/FA/Owner/RedTail Email Admin(all the same person) to be able to review all electronic 'CLIENT' correspondence for a specified date range for 'ALL CLIENTS'..not just 1 specific client. (ie. the last month) (or for an audit, the last full year).

Attach file in bulk notes
I need to attach a file to multiple client records. I tried to do this through Bulk Actions/Note, but there is no option to add an attachment.

Email Blasts - Birthdays
Could it be possible to have the system automatically generate and send an email blast to the clients that are celebrating the same birth dates?
Instead of manually having to setup an email blast and capturing the emails needed to send the celebratory greeting on a daily basis, the system would recognize the birthday/clients and send out the email automatically.This would save time, reduce errors, and create efficiencies with removing a task that can be automated.

Mapping Addresses
Currently, if you are in a client record, you can click on the client address and "MAP" it. It would be nice to be able to "MAP" multiple addresses at once. If I am travelling out of town to visit clients in the same general area, it would be helpful to be able to map all of the clients at once to determine the best route to take.

Import Tool
Perhaps I'm missing something, but I find no area where I am able to do a custom import. It would be helpful to have the ability to import a CSV file to update contacts, workflows, activities, etc. Most CRM systems have this capability.

Bulk add in UDF section
Would like the option to Bulk add fields to the UDF Section. We have 17 categories in the drop down that we add to new client profiles. Currently, we have to add one at a time for the client and then again for the spouse. Very time consuming.

List Management: Bulk Delete
It would be very helpful to have bulk actions when managing lists. We are revamping how we do client status, category and source, and having to delete each individual status, category or source is not only tedious but taking an extraordinary amount of time. It would be awesome if we could simply select the ones we want to delete and delete them in a bulk action.

add a future appointment date/time to the mail merge fields
There is currently no way to merge a future appointment date/time into a letter. This would be really helpful in preparing for the upcoming tax season, as we send out letters after the first of the year to those clients to alert them of an appointment made for them.

Merge contacts by showing the records side-by-side and allowing the user to select the data they wish to keep
As it currently stands, you require the user to clean up the records being combined in order to complete a merge. But this takes just as long as copying and pasting the data from one to the other and deleting the duplicate.
Instead it would be better if I could view the records selected for merging side-by-side and select the data I wish to keep from each (including all UDFs and notes)

Being able to import contacts ourselves
Seems like an unnecessary added step to have to send in to Redtail for implementation. Wouldn't it be more efficient to allow the client to import a bulk upload to manage themselves?
