Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options"
Move the "Notes" link from the Bulk Actions list up a level so that it appears when you click on "Contact Options" - otherwise you have to click on Bulk Actions then search for Notes. Since we always are writing notes to client contact records, this function should be easier whether it is for just one client record or a "tagged" group of them.

Select multiple clients on reports page
Reports should have tick boxes for selecting clients for bulk actions.
i.e. you run the "Client Reviews" report, it shows you a list of clients.
There should be checkboxes next to each name, like most other lists in Redtail, that allow you to select multiple clients right from the report to assign workflows, create activities, etc.

It would be great to be able to enter / upload a block of Redtail contact IDs and then be able to add them to a tag group for other bulk related options. Often we export a list of contacts that we then work on in a spreadsheet thus eliminating some of the exported contacts. After we've worked the export, we'd love to be able to enter or upload the list of contacts from the spreadsheet into Redtail and add them to a tag group for further manipulations.

Select tasks from dashboard and send to search
I'd like to have the ability to click multiple tasks from the Dashboard and send to search. For example, many of my clients have a regularly scheduled task to "Check in" or "Schedule Review". I want to be able to click them, send to search so that I can do a broadcast email to save myself (and others) a ton of time.

Add Ability to Bulk Re-Categorize Completed Activities
Sometimes your organizational structure changes and would be nice to be able to change Categories and Activity Types in bulk on already completed activities. This way our reports will be more useful. Having to Uncomplete and Recomplete these activities is a pain. Thanks!

Would like to see more preformatted Avery label types. Additionally label directory should be updated to reflect similar labels with different product numbers .i.e. 5263 is sized similarly as 8163.
Would also like a merge to allow us to include return address and company logo in the formatting fields.3 votes -
Send entire contact list to Adviceworks in one action.
I can send an individual contact to Adviceworks, but I would like to send my entire Redtail contact list to Adviceworks in a bulk action rather than one at a time. There should be a way to select all contacts and send them to Adviceworks with one click.

Restrict permanent deletions of records from the recycling bin to only Admin users.
The recycle bin is vulnerable to having records permanently deleted by all users. This causes a risk to the firm if, in the future, the record is needed for the defense of a complaint or other issues.

Allow us to make bulk changes through EDI wtih Contact ID, ourselves.

Bulk Action Change Contact Email to Primary Email
Create a bulk action that allows contacts emails to be changed to their primary email.

add the confidential personal profile to your exports for a group - this is listed as a "common task" and we use it for every client.
We use this form every day all day for incoming clients. It would be nice to be able to print them all at once instead of one by one. We are in a project where we need all clients printed at one time and it is very frustrating to print 600 of these individually.
